On the scheduled day of installation we got a text message with an ETA with several hours notice and the installers arrived just about exactly on time. The installers took their time and not only installed the remaining panels seamlessly (pun intended), they also fixed our initial disaster. The staff were very polite and we didn't even really notice they were in the nursery the whole time they were here.
