The post office counters are situated at the rear of the store and I have always found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. Oakdale post office is also one of the only places in my area I can still buy International reply coupons and for this reason (among others) I use this rather than the larger, busy offices in the area. It seemed highly inappropriate that staff would speak across the room in their own language and when I said, "English please" I was told to go to the other post office if I didn't like it. Since I was mailing a very important parcel overseas, I was definitely hesitant to entrust it to the post office staff and retrieved it. I was then told by the man, "not to come back to his post office". Wow, what public service attitude this guy has . . . 2 out of 10. And Post Office Complaints just think it's all under the umbrella of diversity. No, I don't think so. So glad there are some really nice post offices to go to and I'll never, ever have to walk into that place again . . .
