I've never felt comfortable handing over my mail in this post office; and, I'm not the only one who feels that way. From this day on, I'll never, ever set foot in there again. It seemed highly inappropriate that staff would speak across the room in their own language and when I said, "English please" I was told to go to the other post office if I didn't like it. Since I was mailing a very important parcel overseas, I was definitely hesitant to entrust it to the post office staff and retrieved it. I was then told by the man, "not to come back to his post office". Wow, what public service attitude this guy has . . . 2 out of 10. And Post Office Complaints just think it's all under the umbrella of diversity. No, I don't think so. So glad there are some really nice post offices to go to and I'll never, ever have to walk into that place again . . . read more
