Extremely poor service. Tenant requests for help are ignored. Apartments sit un-rented for months with no action by Walldorf as evidenced by the for rent sign inside the garage instead of posted in front of property and no ads posted. Owner calls usually returned only after several days later, if at all.
Do yourself a favor if looking for property management - hire someone else as I finally did. read more
Waldorf is the worst management company I've ever encountered. It took them 5 months to repair a 6" hole in the wall that led outside and was there when we moved in (hidden by curtains), the bathtub foot broke and they never fixed that. They kept our $1500 deposit of which we placed 9 calls looking for a reason and they never returned the call. It's too costly to sue these people but do yourself a favor, don't rent anything from them. read more
