This really is a neat place. I came on the first Fri/Sat of the Cinci tennis tournament. It was…read moremy first time here. I had tix for Grandstand one day and the other stadium the other. Parking was free but far away. Fortunately, I am quite mobile and able to walk the distance quickly. I also made note of where I was parked and didn't have trouble finding my car later. The entry process was quick - even Saturday when the gates were busy. Within 15 minutes of entering, I cut my hand badly trying to fill my water bottle at the water fountain. Not sure how it happened, but it did. The first aid people were so kind. I get sick at the sight of blood and am sure I overreacted. They stopped the bleeding and bandaged me so I didn't have to leave to get stitches - although I really should have then or later but never did. It still is not healed. Anyways, as soon as I was bandaged up, I went to find the arena I had tix to. The 2 large stadiums are easy to find and they are actually much smaller than I had expected! I had front row seats the first night and it was really cool. Going to the evening time slot got me 2 matches. I didn't stay for the whole second match as I got nervous finding my car in the dark - so I left when the sun really started to go down. I had back row seats on Saturday - still a really good view. And I was in the shade which helped given the 90 weather. Again, finding my way to my seat was super easy. There were plenty of restrooms and water fountains. I didn't spend a dime while I was there although there were plenty of ways to do so. There were lots of food stands to eat at - and drink station serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. I got 3 matches on Saturday - all big name players. It was a great experience and am so glad I went. I won't go again as I much prefer watching tennis on TV but I have a new appreciation of what goes on at tennis tournaments now.

We arrived about an hour before the gates opened, and we were parked close to the front my row. It still took us a good 10 or 15 minutes to walk to the gates, at the time we didn't know about the shuttles, and or they hadn't started running. Know before you go that overall there is very little shade anywhere. Even waiting in line to get in you're standing in the straight sun. Once inside, they had a few pavilion areas with booths that had vendors that had a few freebies, like handheld fans, sample bottles of sunscreen, that sort of thing. All the way at the rear of the complex is an immense pro shop, where you can buy virtually every type of clothing, article, hat, sunglasses, and all other types of accessories at much higher than normal prices (although most do sport the Open logo on them.) There is a large open grassy area with dozens of umbrella tables, as well as a selection of tables that do not have any shade. There is a long line of restaurant storefronts that gives you a wide variety of foods to try, such as pizza, gyros, burgers, salads, coffee, etc. Also, tucked along the edges of the various stadiums are small Kroger storefronts where you can buy bottled drinks and snacks, as well as some bars serving alcohol. They even have booths that sell cups of ice - with so many people, no matter how quickly they restock the refrigerated cases, nothing gets a chance to cool down so getting ice is imperative. They have a deal that you pay once and you get free ice refills all day, which is worth it when the temps are in the 90s. There are many available drinking fountains that are also equipped to refill water bottles. You will also see a lot of what appears to be hand sanitizer stands that actually dispense suntan lotion to help prevent sunburn. The stadiums are set up for prime viewing. There really isn't a bad seat in the house. The biggest consideration is how much sun you are willing to handle. There are sections that have permanent shade but you definitely pay more for those seats. Those also come with a more cushioned seat bottom, and little tables in front to hold your drinks, which is a big plus. The stadiums are completely open seating for practice matches, so we enjoyed watching Coco Gauff practice while sitting in the posh seats. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and the landscaping was beautiful. The bathrooms were plentiful and kept very clean. Despite the intense heat, we had a great time and would love to come back. This complex is in a great community, with lots to do within a very short drive. I would highly recommend!

So the players stay cooler and we saw some great baseball. There are two fields. The big Prasco field has a Jumbotron and everything. Stands and dugouts are just like the major leagues. The smaller field features a snack bar. And up above, between both parks, there are sheltered tables and chairs. Bar stools but no beer. There are inflatables for the kids and shady spots for adults. It's family friendly. This park is so clean! I had to ask someone, do they actually use it? Oh my! What an amazingly calm and beautiful place. Children squealing with delight just gives me more reason to sit and enjoy the game. This gift from above makes places you pay for seem, dirty. Seriously, the profit factor changes everything and the people too. No charge for entry into the park? Free food? You MUST be joking. What have they done? And how can it be repaid? Just love one another as I have loved you. His resources are unlimited. What love! Amen.

Starting with food, the first time I got the wings. I think it was mango habanero but could have been buffilo. Came out relatively quick, me and my girl played some claw machine games till the food was ready. Wings tasted great, crispy and flavorful. Would get them again. The funnel fries were fire. My gf got them both times and I ended up finishing them lol. Dipped them in the sauce the first time and ice cream the second, sauce was better. Both times they came out hot and crispy though. As for the burger, it was good too. Nothing crazy but solid. Pattys a little over done. I'm a big fan of this style of French fry. Nice and crunchy. For $25 dollars you can get 80 tickets and an entree of anything under $15. So the burger fit the bill. Would come back for the wings. The games now. Super fun. Especially since I was on a date both times, going with a friend or girl is a good time. Not a crazy amount of games but a decent variety. We really like the dance dance revolution game. The vr game booths are cool too but need cleaning and restocking on face masks. Prizes from tickets are kinda lame but the experience was more worth it. We did however play the claw machines for a lot of the time and won some stuff animals, would move them around more, most are stuffed against the wall and you can't grab them with the claw. $25 dollars for 100 tickets is the cheapest amount you can buy, It lasts about 20 games, I'd say it's worth it.

She recognized my friend and I were busy talking and didn't rush us to place our order. My friend ordered the tortilla soup and the caprese flatbread, while I went with the crab, shrimp, and lobster bisque and the Leonard burger with fries. My soup came out quickly, but shortly after, the manager came by to let my friend know they were out of the tortilla soup. Because of her dietary restrictions, she declined the substitute options offered. Our entrées arrived without any issues, and everything was delicious. We were both happy with our meals. My friend is a member of their wine club and applied her discount to the bill, but when the check arrived, the discount wasn't reflected on the receipt she was asked to sign. Victoria promptly spoke with the manager, who confirmed the discount had been applied and provided a corrected receipt with the correct total. Overall, we enjoyed our time at CH and would visit again.

We made our reservation about a month in advance, arrived early at 5:00 p.m. for our 5:15 seating, and were seated fairly quickly. Our waitress, Margaret, was friendly at first--but unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended. We waited 45 minutes for our starter and an hour and a half for our entrée. What made it more frustrating was watching nearby tables--many seated after us--receive their meals, finish, and even turn over while we were still waiting. We finally left around 7:30 p.m., feeling very disappointed. The food at Cooper's Hawk is consistently excellent, which is why this experience was so discouraging. There were also billing issues: I had a birthday reward and several wine bottles through my membership available, yet the wine was still charged to our bill and the birthday reward wasn't applied until I pointed it out. Although part of it was corrected, we still ended up paying for the bottle that should have been included. We usually enjoy wonderful visits here, and Cooper's Hawk remains one of my favorite restaurants. However, this particular experience--especially the long wait times and billing confusion--was truly disappointing, and I would hesitate to dine in the same section again.

I booked 4 tickets for the Holiday Hologram on 12/23/25 at 3:00 p.m. for a family Christmas outing. We drove over an hour to get there, only to be told by a "manager" that our appointment was canceled due to overbooking. The staff then lied to our faces, claiming they were "down to only 3 headsets" and couldn't accommodate us. Meanwhile, we were literally looking past them into the VR room where a family of FIVE was currently playing with headsets on. When I pointed this out, the young girl claiming to be the manager just kept repeating "you're canceled" with no explanation. It was unprofessional, disorganized, and frankly disgusting to lie to a customer in front of their family. My grandson went from being incredibly excited to completely crushed. We are local reviewers and will be sharing this experience with our community. Absolute mess of a business.
