What more could you ask for? I really don't understand all of the negativity, if anything at all it provides a little bit of exercise to bend over to pick it up. It actually takes more energy to sit down and complain about it. It seems that there is a growing population of negative people in our society that really need to turn the other cheek. Maybe then if more people became positive and more friendly then our society would be a better and safer place to live! I was brought up to believe that if you don't have anything nice to say then don't say anything at all, and, children should be seen and not heard! Just discovered we are paying over $100 more a year than a relative who has the same type of…read moresubscription. They would not adjust the rate. I was told everyone pays different rates because of promotions offered. Yet our relative is a long time customer, as we are, no promotion rate. The billing department is not local. Could not be directed to a person with authority in Springfield. So sad to see customer loyalty means nothing.
