Where do I start! Chris has been such an amazing person to work with. Sincere, dedicated,…read moreprofessional, experienced and trustworthy. Overall affordable and never cuts corners, literally left the place with clean cutting edges. We have a rental property that needed a lot of TLC. I mean, a lot! When the tenants moved out, they left the place looking horrible with damages and filth everywhere. So the whole house needed to be painted including baseboards, cabinets, doors, etc. Chris came in confident, pointed out areas of concerns, made recommendations and reassured us he can handle it all.... And he did just that, and more! I did my homework and chose him because he took his time with us and was VERY reasonable with pricing. He went above and beyond helping with replacing knobs, switch plates, vanity lights... the whole nine. He also was kind enough to watched over the house while contractors were coming in and out of the house in those few days he worked since we're out of state. I trust him completely and look forward to working with him more in the future! Our family enjoyed having you around Chris! Thanks for the hard work making our rental beautiful!
