Worst law firm ever....more specifically Katie Vanderber…read more In March of 2026, I requested an attorney to help me remove my name from a mortgage I was on when I was married. I have been divorced for 10 yrs and my exhusband never refinanced as was our agreement. Silverman law stated this was a common, simple case. I paid a $5000.00 retainer and was scheduled for a phone call meeting in May. Katie did call and our conversation lasted 13 minutes. Again It was stated to me by Katie that this is NOT complicated at all. So our conversation ended and I left knowing that this matter would be handled and resolved. Since May 5th, I received NOTHING. No email, no phone calls, no texts, no letters. NOTHING. So on August 3,2026, I called the HELENA OFFICE AND REQUESTED A REFUND. I spoke with the office manager, who was very nice and apologetic and immediately refunded a payment back to me, with holding a portion for that 13 minute phone call back on May 5th. However, even after requesting a refund, Katie never reached out explaining anything. NOTHING. Very unprofessional. Very inadequate. Very incompetent. Do not use this service.

Matt is amazing at what he does. In my very stressful…read moresituation he was reassuring, easy to communicate with, and knowledgeable about the law in my case. He responded back with answers or other options in a timely manner. I do not live in the county that my case was filed in. Matt went above what was necessary to make sure I was kept informed with what was going on in my case. He made things work so I didn't have to take off a lot of time from work and do a bunch of traveling. I wouldn't be where I am if it wasn't for his help. I would highly recommend him as an attorney for your case.

My recently deceased husband and I went into this office for our trust, fully intending to receive…read moretheir 'expert' advice on how to properly prepare our estate. We were first a bit surprised that they would charge us a 3% fee if we used a credit card to pay the over $5,000.00 fee they charged. Cheap and greedy, but they seemed to be the only game in town (they are NOT) so we agreed. Tragically, my husband was killed in an accident less than two months later, and it has come out that they failed to give us pertinent information regarding our estate that will now cost me thousands of dollars to straighten out. When I called the office yesterday, they were very kind and did offer to draft the two affidavits required to resolve the problem, easy for them, a nightmare for me, but today have decided that they don't want be involved, and have reneged on their agreement. Shady, uninformed, careless and with no compassion. I hope anyone who reads this finds another business to work with-I find them unethical and am in shock that they are refusing to honor their word while I am trying to grieve the loss of my husband just over three weeks ago..
