The hospitality by Sue was 1st class, she was warm,friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The room was a delight with every attention to comfort and detail imaginable. The breakfast was a culinary delight and we were only sorry that we couldn't find an excuse to stay longer. We were even conveyed back to the wedding venue to collect our vehicle. These are extremely helpful as Manchester taxis seem to think they can charge London fares. :p I suggest if you don't have your own vehicle use the bus and for £4 ride all day on any bus to any destination. As for the inn itself, it is just a wonderful place on all accounts. The staff are polite, courteous, go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and even more amazing they always call you by your first name! The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable and the complimentary tea and coffee tray never runs out. The bathrooms are regularly cleaned as well and the water pressure from the showers is amazing. For an extra £5 per day you can get breakfast included and I recommend you do. Their Full Breakfast is THE way to start your day. The only downside here is that I have to leave but I will definitely be back next year!

The problem I have with this place is that there always seems to be a number of people on the doorstep simply hanging around for large portions of the day which can be a bit unwelcoming if you are new to the city and looking for somewhere to stay. The prices here are reasonable and rates vary depending on the size of the room you order and the length of your stay. On the whole this place is small, simple and adequate enough but if you are after luxury then you should probably head somewhere else.
