The staff here have been very friendly both times we've visited; they're obviously huge animal lovers, which is essential when dealing with animals out of their normal routines. They're very understanding and patient. They also do a great job keeping track of our dog's behaviour during her stay. At the end of her time there, they provide a doggy report card with everything the staff has observed, so you know exactly how they did -- bathroom habits, behaviour, socialization, and sleeping.

If you want to board your dog for one night and have them in day care the following day. In order to avoid being charged $75 for a late fee (cost of one boarding night). You have to pick up your dog at 9:55 am. Then give them back the dog to check them into day care which opens at 10. If the above had been explained. I would have made a different decision. They now have a bunch of fish tanks in store, so you can buy a full set up and get started right away. They can also order you whatever tank you want if they don't have it in store already. As far are coral and livestock goes, their selection is amazing! As someone who has been in the hobby for several years and frequently visits different fish stores regularly, most of the time places just have the same common corals. But that is not the case here! They have everything from a $10 bargain section to super high end coral that most other stores don't ever carry. It's clear that these guys have been in the hobby for a long time because they are making sure to bring in the less common stuff. It's definitely worth stopping in just to see those coral.

I can't say enough nice things about them. They are wonderful, caring, loving, thoughtful people, and that's exactly who you want to trust in your home, taking care of your furry family members. When meeting with us the very first time, they listened carefully to our specific wants and needs, and now each time they visit, they take the time to care for Marley the way we asked. By the way, a 30 minute visit is less than $20!! That is an outstanding deal for the quality of care you get from this team. The best part of their service is the messaging portal. Every time the staff visits, they use the app to write a cute story about what Marley is up to, what they did that day, how they fed him, groomed him, played with him, cleaned up his litter, etc, and they even take pictures so we can see him right on the message portal. That is SOOO comforting to be able to see your pet and know they are loved and cared for while you're away from home and miss your pet. I highly recommend Melissa and her team at Pawsitively Professional - you won't be disappointed!

They also sell medication and tea/flea prevention treatments. Since it's very cheap it's not the easiest to get an appointment. Usually they are booked a month in advance so make sure you call, email or stop in ..They have a previous big parking lot and waiting areas for the pets. This isn't a walk in clinic.. you will be seen on time or pretty close to your appointment as long as you arrive on time. They accept all major ccs, cash. They also have the shelter nextdoor, which if you are looking to adopt or foster, is a few steps away.
