I called and asked if I had the correct time and date and I did. The receptionist admitted it was her fault and had a project estimator (Kolby W.) come out at 6:30pm. He claimed he couldn't give me a good quote because he didn't have time to prepare and he said he would come by Friday at 5pm. It is now Tuesday and I never received a phone call' e-mail, text, smoke signals or snail mail. This shows me what kind of company this is. I wouldn't accept a quote from them now even if they said they would do it for free.

The only thing that I would love to change about the situation is the fact that it took until October to finish things. I would have loved to have been in the house several months ago. I was guessing since they finished the roof so quickly, the interior would be just as fast. I am very very happy and I cannot thank Christian, Roger and the rest of the ServPro team for fixing my house! THANK YOU GUYS!!!
