They sent out a new crew and they made sure the job was completed and done well. For my trouble, they even agreed to repair a few more slate roof tiles that had slipped during zeta at no additional cost. I'm very grateful for Eddie's help, and I'd also give a special shout-out to Eric Thompson and Edward Fakier for their fantastic customer service. The truth is that every construction project will have issues, but ultimately its worth finding a company that works hard to put the customer first. I'm glad we went with Garcia, as I can't think of another company that is willing to go above and beyond like that!

I was actually fine with that until 10 minutes later and tells me they don't do it. Wasted my time. And then 5 minutes later he calls back and says they can do it. Make up your mind please. Minutes later his supervisor shows up with his speel. Hours later the adjustor came back with the estimate. As soon as the inspector left he called my wife asking for the insurance claim number, never trying to contact me. We never told them they had our work. The insurance adjuster was leaving the next day for time off and returning Tuesday. Guess who wanted to contact us on Tuesday again.

He quit the job without notice THEN has filed a lawsuit against us for breach of contract!! Still being harassed by him.
