Sad to say, the inability to get prescriptions in a timely fashion, the off-site filling of those prescriptions in ridiculously large containers, the inaccuracies of the app, the often inaccurate emails/texts regarding status, along with the high turnover in staff, has made even me realize it is time to change pharmacies. She was professional, personable, and very easy to talk to.
