Daughter ordered 60 photos through the Walgreens App for pickup at "approximately" 8 p.m. Allowing extra time to process the order, we arrived just before 9 p.m. Service counter was deserted. We went to the front counter for assistance. Manager arrived moments later and advised that the order wouldn't be ready for another 45 minutes. When I inquired about the "approximately" 8 p.m. pickup time, she waived her hand and walked away - into the back room. This isn't the first time dealing with dismissive and rude staff at the Oslo location of Walgreens. Time to contact corporate. read more

Would give this pharmacy zero stars!! These people need to be investigated by board of pharmacies and FDA!! They choose what to fill, when to fill, and try to scam insurance company!! Stay away from Walgreens!! read more

This pharmacy is the worst. I had a prescription, but there was an issue with insurance. I updated my insurance online with Walgreens and now my prescription is MIA and there is no record of it. read more

Walgreens - WALGREENS had the prescription.... - Drugstores Near Me - Vero Beach, Florida

Ok! How is legal for a pharmacist to just decide to leave at 4pm.? Received text my meds were ready at 3:50. Supposed to be open until 8pm. I get there at 4:30 and now I'm screwed outta my meds, and I can have seizures if I do not have it. It's still saying temporarily closed. How is this ok to let patients go days without there meds. No they cannot be transferred neither, since they've already been filled at this location. This is so sad! This healthcare is insanely horrible in todays world. Selfish ppl. Should not be in this line of work. No such thing as customer service anymore! I will be reporting this to the state. read more

After waiting for about 40 minutes for someone to answer the phone, we got cut off. We got into the car and drove there. We would not have gone except a prescription was being called in to this location. We had to wait about 20 minutes in the store. When we finally spoke with the pharmacy technician and pharmacist, they were super friendly, professional and helpful. The problem is understaffing. Come on Walgreens, pay attention to your customers' needs and develop some positive customer service. read more

Excellent customer service! I stopped here on my way up to Central Florida to get some medication for my crying kiddo, who was in pain. I was greeted by the cashier as soon as I walked in, and when she saw that I looked bewildered, she asked me what I was seeking and pointed me in the correct direction. I picked up what I needed and moved on. My daughter felt ill and I consulted the pharmacist, next. She was very attentive and sweet, addressing my 9-year-old daughter personally, rather than going through me for questions, which made my daughter feel cared for, and like a little adult. She recommended some medications, knew exactly where they would be on the shelf, and told us about signs to watch out for that could end up being something serious that would require medical attention. Luckily, those symptoms did not manifest themselves. The checkout line at the front of the store was small (only one person in front of me) but one of the cosmetics department cashiers offered to take me at her register so I had no wait at all, and before leaving, she told my daughter she hoped she felt better. Everyone was so friendly and attentive, a nice change from Miami. After some children's Tylenol, nausea medication, and some delicious Argo Tea, we were on our way to enjoy our trip. read more

This is the rudest pharmacy staff ever. I'm convinced they are all doped up on xanax because they work slower than sloths. I called and was on hold for 41min. It said 3 ppl were in front of me. I called again and it said 3 ppl were in front of me. I then call to speak with a manager who said she was walking to the pharmacy to have them talk to me. Never happened. This is not the first time this has happened. In the 2.5 yrs I have been using them, I have only had one experience where I did not have to wait longer than 5 min in person. There is ALWAYS a wait even when no one is in line. WTF are they doing???? They should all be fired for taking their sweet time, knowing we are at their mercy, especially pharmacist Lisa-SO RUDE. read more

After a lifetime of being a customer I just found out that after paying 80.00 for 2 prescriptions that I could have gotten the same thing for 20.00. So then I take a look at 2 meds I take daily and they have been ripping me off for years!! It's very sad that you can not will not take the time to look out for your customers. NEVER A MENTION of how to help. They see we go to TCCH which means what to you??????? Very sad read more

Transferred prescription here from a larger pharmacy. I can not believe how RUDE the person answering the phone in the pharmacy was. She needs to find a new job not dealing with people. I've heard horrible stories from neighbors about this location but figured it was a simple reflux prescription how hard could it be? Wow, just wow. Save yourself a headache and take your prescriptions anywhere else. I have them One star because they are in a great location. read more

I urge all folks to compare other pharmacies. I had to fill a script not covered by insurance. Walgreens wanted 525.00. I had it filled at winn dixie for 14.00. I then transferred all scripts out of walgreens. had another script refilled. Walgreens originally charged me 21.00. winn dixie charged 1.04 Do not go to this pharmacy. They are taking advantage of us!! Move your scripts today!! read more

I consider myself exceedingly lucky to have this pharmacy in my neighborhood. Here in FL, drug stores can be found on just about every corner. You would think that the competition would foster good customer service...not so. Over the years, I have used many other pharmacies including other Walgreens and this one far surpasses them when it comes to supreme customer service. I'll start with the pharmacy counter itself...again and again the staff has gone above and beyond when helping me to iron out issues with my husband's insurance. In one instance, the pharmacist spent an hour on the phone, on hold, with the insurance co,. while still working for other customers, to iron out a problem for us. Seriously. I could not thank her enough for her help in that and other situations. As for the rest of the store, the manager is amazing. He once saw me looking for something and asked if he could help. My mother and I were looking for some cookies that she wanted that were in the sale flyer. They were sold out and so was something else we were looking for. The manager asked, what else can I get for you?? Give you a deal on to make up for being out of stock on your items?? I picked out a box of SF Whitman's candy and he marked it 1/2 off. He is always so friendly and helpful as are the rest of the staff. Always a smile and greeting from everyone. Someone is around at all times to assist. Really, really a great store and again, I am fortunate to have them so near. read more

This pharmacy has gotten soooo bad. Listen, I understand that a prescription cannot always be ready within 20 minutes; however, why does it ALWAYS take 2-3 hours to get a prescription ready at this pharmacy?! Whether it's narcotic or non-narcotic, it takes so long! I go to whatever Walgreens is within my drive at the time but this is the main pharmacy my family and I use. Any other Walgreens has something called "waiting" when you wait for the prescription. I always wait less than 30 minutes at any other pharmacy. But this pharmacy is really bad. They always say "well, we're behind". If you're behind EVERY single time within the last 3 years, then that says a lot about the pharmacist, doesn't it? I NEVER rush anyone here. But the one time you get tired of hearing "well, we've been behind" - they disrespect you. Not once have I raised my voice, been demanding, etc. but the one time I sigh and say "well she told me it would be ready", they start waving their arms OBVIOUSLY talking about you to the pharmacist and make it seem like I'm the rude one. Get over it and just do your job in a timely manner like you're suppose too. If you can't handle doing so many prescriptions, then they need to put two pharmacists in this Walgreens. read more

43rd Ave and Oslo, Vero Beach FL WORST customer "service" EVER! I walked in, and straight up to the counter...NO cashier to be found! After looking and finding said cashier down toward the end of the first isle, I had to audibly CALL her to come TO the register as she was tapping on her smart phone! She. S-L-O-W-L-Y made her way TOWARD the register with NO expediency whatsoever!, all the while TAPPING ON HER PHONE! in disgust I loudly stated I would be shopping where I was WELCOMED before taking my money! Rude RUDE RUDE! This African American female would be called by name, but she never MADE IT T.O. THE REGISTER! If you don't want to WORK, STAY THE HECK HOME and DON'T ruin the experiences of paying customers! I will NEVER shop this Walgreens AGAIN.....sad, but I'll travel to shop as opposed to being nearly next door! read more

Extremely disappointed in Walgreens!! First of all, this one says BCBS doesn't carry them, so I had to pay full price for a prescription (not TOO big of a deal, since I almost never take medication of any kind), but my biggest disgust was the pharmacy attendant, who was SICK and sniffling/coughing into her sleeve (in an attempt to not spread germs!?!??!??), and after having to hand over my drivers license and insurance cards, was PISSED OFF that I asked her to wipe them down with alcohol before handing them back to me!!!! Really!?!?!?! I WILL NEVER be back in here. Rude, disgusting, and not customer oriented. read more

Sorry example of a pharmacist. I will never use them again. Went to CVS. Hope they are better.
