This is the most unrealistic solution to a person who has a severe skin issues to the point there is infection. When I called and complained they said they were going to offer me another solution which was a lie because it never happened.

She also asked for certain kinds of photos so she could get a clear idea of what my vision was for how I wanted to look. I also really appreciated how she knows her craft well. When my eyes started tearing up and my hair couldn't hold a curl she knew just what to do and adjusted very well to the challenge. Well, what I think is a challenge she handled with grace and finished on time. During my wedding I was a wreck. I am a crier. But the fact that my makeup lasted all day and night 11am - 11pm through all the sweat and tears and festivities just goes to show that if you need a hair and makeup artist Angela will definitely exceeds expectations.

My husband booked me a massage as a gift and when I showed up I noticed on the intake form that if you are under 14 weeks pregnant they cannot give you a massage. I immediately notified the front desk as this was not stated on the website in the spa policies. I was completely unaware that massages were prohibited as my doctor gave me the go ahead weeks earlier in the pregnancy. The spa insisted on charging us for the full service even though they refused it. They told me it was my husbands fault for not mentioning the pregnancy when he made the appointment. The cancellation policy states that no-shows and cancellations are subject to a charge, however this was a cancellation due to an unknown spa policy so seems completely unreasonable. I recommend that management considers clearly stating this in their policies to avoid unnecessary charges and wasting the time of their clients.
