Apparently this Walgreens pharmacy me makes their own hours and closes whenever they want

It takes so long to get prescriptions at this location. It easily takes 20+ minutes just to be able to talk to the pharmacist. I continue to go here because my job offers free medications through Walgreens. The other location is further away and would amount to the same time as it takes to get medication from here. I've been here many times and it takes long every time. If my job had a partnership with CVS, I would go there instead. read more

As always, I had a great visit here. I like doing the pick up orders but I always en up purchasing a few extra items. I use a few websites to find great deals here and end up fairing better than the department stores. read more

If I could give this location a -5 stars I would. The young woman working in the photo area is rude as hell. She shouldn't be working in customer service if she can't answer simple questions without giving attitude and eye rolling. Fire her show her a life lesson it will do her justice for later on in life. I'm so sick of this younger generation. And I'm 26 btw. read more

why do you post you open at 6 am and the play a recording as if your staff is on the line. pretty pathetic... Post your hours when someone is going to be there instead of customers having to pull up to your store and wait till someone who can't get to work on time decides to open the door.... so unprofessional read more

If I could get back the time I have spent waiting on HALF-FILLED prescriptions, I could take a long walk! The pharmacy never kept my daughter's prescription in stock! They continuously wanted to fill half of the prescription leaving me to pay full price for the other half of the controlled medication each month ($$$). I kept refusing to take half of the medication and was treated as if I were bothering the staff by doing so. After a few months of dealing with this insanity, I asked for the prescription back to have filled elsewhere. The pharmacist miraculously had the other half of the script to give me (though not 10 minutes before I had been told they only had half the prescription). DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, GO TO ONE OF THE OTHER 5 PHARMACIES NEARBY! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!! read more

I really like coming here. It is open 24 hours. The staff is super awesome and attentive. I always find what I need and the bonus points are easy to earn and easy to use. The store is tidy and organized. read more

I came in to order a supplement that had to be ordered online. The lady who helped me was great. I didn't even have to ask for help. She said it would arrive in about a week and I'd get an email when it was ready. I waited for 10-11 days thinking maybe the snow had slowed down its shipment day and didn't hear anything. I called in to ask and was put on hold twice for several minutes before I was asked for my name. They then told me it had been there but I never received an email. After I picked it up I received the email. They obviously never checked in my delivery. I'd use another pharmacy if you're going to be ordering anything important online read more

I've found the employees very helpful and friendly. It's very close to my house and it saves me from the chaos at Walmart read more

Open 24 hours! My neighborhood Walgreens the staff here is always friendly even on the busiest of days. You always get greeted when you walk in. I love the reward points they have it's so easy to save and adding up the points for even more savings. read more

The pharmacy at this place is the worst I have seen. They have a text service that rarely functions properly, they leave you in the dark about prescription delays, and do the bare minimum as far as customer service. Not to mention the employee's appearance are less than professional. Update 3/7/16 I was on hold for 10 minutes attempting to call to verify a prescription was ready. Decided to hang up and just go myself. When I got there they said it was delayed due to verification of pregnancy. When that was cleared the prescription price was $45; however they did not verify secondary insurance. The employee seemed upset once he ran the insurance again and realized it would be only $11. Once again this pharmacy has some of the poorest customer service I have ever seen. read more

I have never been so disrespected in my life! First I couldn't find what I was looking for and nobody was eager to help. When I finally got someone she was rude and not helpful at all. I was on the phone with my husband and put my phone call on hold to ask her my question to avoid being rude(I was obviously the only person there worried about that), she told me that I needed to talk to and I quote "the guy that just went into the cooler" was I supposed to follow him in there!? While I waited for him to come out and finally was headed to find what I needed the woman yells "ma'am" as loud as possible across this crowded store. As I turn around (at this point back on the phone with my husband) I told her to hold on a moment (as someone was finally, after 45 minutes, helping me find what I needed) I heard her mumble some obscenities to other guests in this particular Walgreen's. Not only will I not be back to this location I will also be contacting corporate about this and hopefully they will relieve her of her customer service job, as she obviously can not handle it. read more
