Service is usually friendly and always professional. Depending on the time you go, the line can move quickly or slowly. I usually go at around 7am when I get out of the gym so I rarely wait in line. But the times the line is long, a cashier calls for help and one or more employees are quick to respond. My wife and I had an appointment on Saturday to get our booster shots. When we arrived we checked in on the link they texted us and went to the pharmacy. Cristina Toro, the pharmacist who attended us was friendly and professional. We did have to wait a little while she set everything up, but no real issues with the process. This CVS has plenty of parking and even a bike parking. There is a Red Box in front and in back is the drive-thru pharmacy window.

I bought all the things I needed for my six month stay in Puerto Rico here - an umbrella, 5000 gallons of Dasani water, 47 bottles of Don Q Cristal or Gold or Jose Cuervo depending on what you had, milk, bread, reading glasses, pens, notebooks, ice, Medalla Light, hot sauce, Doritos, gum, beef jerky, sliced cheese, gatorade, Sprite, more rum, soup, slim jims, heartburn medication, paper towels, and.... who knows what else I have yet to buy. I quit smoking but I see you have lots of cigarettes too. I know you are there for me Walgreens Hato Rey. I think I've been there every single day now. I walk there. And then I walk back. Sometimes it rains but I always bring the awesome umbrella you sold me a long time ago. I have a crush on all of your workers too. But so do the cops they are always in there scamming on the cashiers. And they are way cooler than me so I really have no chance. I made a playlist based on shazamming songs I heard while waiting in your line. It's almost 2 hours long (the playlist, the lines are not that long, even if they look long). And although you are now "mask-optional" I will always wear mine in remembrance of our times together. Each and every night I will drift off to sleep hoping to hear someone tell me "adalante!".... and then I will go to them in my dreams. Gracias Walgreens.
