Goodness I need to update my review! Customer service is actually great here! The photo department is by the registers, so I have found it easiest to grab my items then when I am checking out I will let them know I also have pictures for pickup. Always works best. The pharmacy has been, in my experience, slow at the drive thru. I am talking thirty minute to an hour of sitting in the line and waiting for my order at the window. I will refill my rx on the ap first, then wait for the notification that it's ready before driving over there. If you are in a hurry, it's best not to be lol. I've always been a Walgreens customer. For many years now. But since moving to the area a couple years ago and switching to this Walgreens, I have decided to use a different pharmacy. The lines at this location are always long, both inside and outside. Many times when I get here they do not have my prescription ready even after I receive a text saying it is available for pick up. They have recently implemented a kiosk system for the pharmacy where you check in and your name is added to a digital line essentially and you have to sit and wait for the pharmacist to call you up. On top of this, I was researching some of my prescriptions and this Walgreens is literally more expensive than every other place around here to fill. I do not recommend coming here. read more

I'm typing my number at 6pm to check in and they close the pharmacy overhead door with me standing there and tell me "Sorry, we're closing." How hard is it to reach back to get my rx & ring it up? Customer service is horrible here & I hope someone from this store sees this! read more

Getting one star because I have to. HORRIBLE experience. The girl lets me stand in line for 20 minutes behind one customer before telling me I have to sign in at the kiosk to get in line to pick up a prescription. By this time I am 6th in line. Absolutely ignorant process. Not only did she let me stand there and not say a word they out the kiosk and the signage in the line for checking in for vaccinations NOT in the drop off pick up line where I was standing. Second time this has happened, in a row. Doctors office sent in prescription. Took about 30 minutes to get to pharmacy and told it would be 2 hours before it's ready. Yet, others in line dropping off new prescriptions were told only 20 minutes. When I inquired why the difference the guy just shrugged his shoulders and said "Next". Last time I use Walgreens. This should be zero stars! This location is trash. Second time I've had issues with getting a Covid vaccine for my daughter. First issue was the pharmacist refused to administer the final dose of the children's three dose sequence because they didn't understand how it worked. After a formal complaint into Walgreens corporate, the pharmacy manager called to apologize, but it didn't remove the nasty taste they put in my mouth. Skip ahead about a year, it's time for my daughter to finally get her last shot. I make an appointment online, get the confirmation email, get the "see you tomorrow" email, and even call to confirm the ability to get one for my son that is younger than 3, which I get told, yes, the online system just doesn't book appointments for patients younger than 3. I show up at the pharmacy in time and I get told they "haven't had vaccines in about a month". Why is the f@$k would I be able to do all the previous steps, get the family in the car to drive there for nothing other than getting pissed off? read more

Do Not Send Photo Orders Here - this has got to be the WORST location to send a photo order to. They are never ready on time, even though I received an email and text saying my order was ready for pickup. On top of that, the quality is terrible. It's clear they don't have photo techs who are trained on the machines or procedures. The associates couldn't care less either. It's no wonder Walgreens are shutting down everywhere. read more

Spent nearly an hour on hold with Walgreens in Saginaw, Tx. Nobody bothered to answer. Called Uber, and they said they could do nothing since the contract was between Walgreens and Uber. The pharmacy here has not made any improvements, unfortunately. If an ER calls in a medication that HAS to be taken ASAP that medication should not have a pickup time 3 hours out. I tried to give Walgreens chance after chance, but they are unreliable. I highly recommend getting prescriptions filled elsewhere if you need them in a reasonable time. read more

This location is unorganized and unprofessional. I had an appointment for a COVID-19 test for my self and three son's. When approaching the pharmacy drive-thru, there is a sign which states "Expect longer wait time due to testing". After waiting longer than expected and finally got to the window; I was told they ran out of test. Her response was "You should of got an email". Really???? The only email/ text I received that morning at 7:45 a.m. was a confirmation not a cancellation. Terrible, terrible service and poor communication. Will be contact the corporate office. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. I hate this location with a passion. I've gone here for probably 7 years, and they have never improved. The following describes every department of this location: Horribly disorganized. Terrible customer service. Poor communication skills. Pharmacy has a line at all times with unknowledgeable associates. Photo is the worst, though. I have never gotten my order on time. Every pickup at the photo center includes me having to repeatedly explain my order because they can never find it. I only use them because their online photo coupons are so good. Everyone already knows that Walgreens Pharmacies are garbage, but this one really takes the cake. I turned in a prescription and told them I would need it in a week. When I went to pick it up, they said they needed to talk to the doctor before they could fill it but no one had even tried calling me or the doctor. Then when I wanted to transfer to CVS, everytime CVS would call to initiate the transfer, the pharmacist "wasn't available". Not the first incident, but this one set me over the edge. This Walgreens is in a great, visible location in Saginaw. They have a good selection of items and the store is fairly clean but it's really busy and it seems that the lines are always long -- especially around 5 to 6 pm when people are getting off work. You're guaranteed a wait. With only two clerks -- or sometimes only one-- working the registers, things move pretty slow. Also, the prices are high. One good thing is that the staff is consistently friendly and willing to help. I do appreciate that. read more

Pharmacy tech failed to explain their policy on reshelving prescriptions after 7 days. Went to pick up my husband's prescriptions and they just said they didn't have anything ready for him and that he must be taking his medicine incorrectly, but since the scripts look medically necessary they would fill them and I could come back in an hour and a half to pick them up. Interesting accusation to make about blood pressure and cholesterol medicine. I asked for the previous tech's name when I went back for the order and *surprise* no one knew her name. read more

The worst experience I have ever had. 4 different a occasions I was told a fill date only to be told when I arrived that my script couldn't be filled until 1 or 2 days later. The final straw was when I checked on fill date twice a week then day before to be sure I call morning of and was told they were now out of my medication. Unfortunately for me this is a medication that can't just be transferred to another pharmacy. My doctor needs to be called so he can cancel this script and then call in script to another pharmacy. Emily in the pharmacy was beyond rude to me yesterday. When I went to pay I set a couple of things to the side so that my boyfriend could pay for them. I bought about 12 items and set a couple aside for him as he was still shopping. She grabbed the things I set aside and told me he would have to come back to the pharmacy to pay for them- keep in mind he had nothing to buy from the pharmacy. I said okay and went to find him. He ended up giving me cash so I could go grab them from her. When I returned, after grabbing another gallon of milk, there were about 7 people in line for the pharmacy. I walked up and asked if I could please take my things to the front as I did not want to wait in this long line if I had no other business there. She tactlessly replied, "Oh, I thought your boyfriend was coming to pay for them?!" Her tone was sassy, snooty, and impolite. I have no idea what I did to cause her to act so harshly and I am unsure what she was implying. Maybe I misinterpreted her comment but her tone and facial expressions were very clear. She rolled her eyes as I told her my boyfriend had given me cash to get his things with. Irritated with her attitude at this point I grabbed my things and showed her the cash that was in my hand for the items I was taking to the front. I asked a young man where the manager was on my way to the front and he told me he currently was. I stated that his pharmacist Emily was very rude. I then saw the line up front which had also grown to about 7 people. I was not about to wait in line after being treated so rudely by a staff member. So I let the manager know that I was leaving my things behind for Emily to take care of as she had ruined my Walgreens experience. I shop at Walgreens quite often, almost every day, spending hundreds of dollars a week. I have never had trouble with any employee of theirs in the many Walgreens I have been to. I have had the pleasure of Emily serving me at the pharmacy before and that experience was also not the best to say the least. Usually Walgreens does a much better job when it comes to choosing their employees. Emily seems to be a disappointing choice when dealing with customers unfortunately. When it comes to customer interactions your tone and facial expressions far exceed what is actually being said. I wish Emily the best but I do not see her going far in a career dealing with keeping customers happy. read more

If I could give no stars, I would. This is by far the worst pharmacy that I've ever been to. When I came to pick up my prescription, one of the techs asked my name then listed the medication out loud for everyone to hear. She told me the amount & I handed her my card. She then proceeded to charge my card for the man at the drive through's prescription, meanwhile sending MY script & MY card back to him. When he said, that's not mine, she realized she made a mistake & reversed the transaction. Not once did she turn around & admit her mistake, instead she tried to cover it up. When I made a comment about how she charged my card for the wrong script, she then proceeded to show me where the charges were reversed but not once did she apologize for her error or give me a receipt of the transactions. I will not be coming back here for anything. read more

I have gone to CVS for years, but because of insurance coverage, I had to switch to Walgreens. I never left CVS without my prescription no matter what the issue was. They always took care of any insurance issue there was. They always found a way for me to get my prescription. The people at Walgreens didn't even offer to call my insurance or offer any advice on how to resolve the issue. The lady was short and very unhelpful. read more

Went to the Walgreens to buy some candy for my business lobby. Picked up two bags of Pearsons Mint Patties with a label that said 2/5.00. Went to the register to check out and they were3.19apiece. I asked the lady why and that the sign said 2/5.00. She stated that was for reward card members. There is nothing more annoyiny than having to sign up for unlimited target marketing in order to buy something at the store for the reasonable price. Rather than throw a scene while angry i paid and left. I will take the candy back for a full refund tomorrow when I am not mad.
