If I could give them 0 stars I would. We literally waited over an hour in the pharmacy drive through just for my friend to get a Covid test. You would think the thing to do is pull a car up if there is going to be a wait. 0/10 would not recommend. read more

When you call in they transfer you without stating whom they are transferring you to or that you're even being transferred period. The assume you know first hand how their processes work at the site. I would suggest that they inform patients of what is available to them based off their insurance. That would help patients to know what they can get as we all don't know exactly what these insurances truly cover now and days. Just be a little more considerate of the patient as you would want other businesses to be with your family and friends. That's all I'm saying and certainly suggesting.

How to lose a good customer over less than a dollar! I often…read moreshop at Burney True Value Hardware as it is convenient and I have always liked to support local businesses over the chains like Home Depot and Lowes. Today, was my FINAL shopping experience at Burney. I had purchased a few screws for a project a week or so ago and didn't need them. Today, I tried to return them and buy some more items. I thought I had the receipt in the bag but I did not seem to have it with me. I asked if I could return them without the receipt. The total for the four screws was a whopping .82. I was told that they couldn't return them without the receipt as they have hundreds of SKU numbers and they wouldn't know which one I was returning. This made logical sense until I looked at my bag a little further. The gentleman that helped me pick out the screws didn't seem to write down the SKU number on my bag! How was it rung up when I purchased it? I assume by some generic key that charged me the .82, the same generic key that could have refunded my .82! Sorry Burney you lost me for good over this one, shame on your staff!
