Sarah, the sweet cashier that originally checked me out let me use her phone to call my number in the store and helped me look for it. Luckily, I found my phone on a 50% off shelf where I found some cute summer items that I'm saving for next year and some pretty little rose tea lights for a baby shower. I was passing through Citronelle, AL on my way to Pensacola and I saw this Dollar general and stopped in to get some snacks and to stretch my legs. I walk in and the store was spacious, clean and very well organized. Mind you I currently live near Memphis, TN so the Dollar Generals there does not even come close. In Citronelle, I could move through the aisles freely because they didn't have carts and carts filled with merchandise yet to be put on the shelves. Now let me speak on the employees. These were some of the sweetest most professional clerks I've come across in a long time. They were all so helpful and courteous and customer service far exceeded my expectations. Let me reiterate that I reside in the Memphis, TN area so my expectations are usually pretty low when it comes to good customer service. Visiting this place was a breath of fresh air. I hate I misplaced my receipt because I could have at least mentioned the cashier by name. I just had to find a way to leave this place a good review and what better place than YELP?!!!!

Luckily, a family member suggested Semmes Pharmacy. I stopped by, and spoke with them before I contacted my family doctor to change location. I just want to say, thank you for understanding, being respectful, and willing to fill my prescription.
