I complained to a manager when first noticed and was informed they have routine store audits and she is confident shelf prices are accurate. I have not noticed an improvement. I routinely take a photo of the shelf price to share during checkout. Strange the price discrepancy is never in favor of the customer.

It's always a big treat when we visit McCall and can visit Rite Aid's Thrifty's ice cream counter. Yesterday afternoon we stopped by and my children went inside with Grandpa, absolutely thrilled. It was such a damper on the excitement when they returned to the car discussing how the male employee serving the ice cream had such a terrible attitude and made them highly uncomfortable. I do understand there doesn't seem to be someone exclusively assigned to the ice cream counter, and employees likely are pulled away from other duties to serve at the counter. I could see how that could be frustrating but please don't take that out on customers.

I love their holiday aisle and I appreciate the work that is put into it. The candy is always together, if their are toys they are next to each other and I love that everything is in reach for me. They always have great prices on things that most people are looking for. Water is cheap and toilet paper is priced well also. Their chips and nuts have pretty awesome prices and it's cheaper than Albertsons! Stop by and say hi!
