I have had only a few very bad dental experiences in my life, but those few experiences can still instill fear into me, even now as an adult! The staff, literally all of them, are so sweet and amazing- and extremely quick to comfort if you feel uneasy! Not once are you ever confused about finances or billing here, either. First she was late opening up the store. Second she bloched my contouring which bloched my blush. I asked her about fixing it and she took a sponge to my cheek but that did nothing!! When I was finally done with my make-up appointment I still had to have my hair styled. When we got back to our hotel room I had just enough time to get dressed and take off my foundation and blush and start over. I complained to the owners and I felt like I dismissed. I have been a customer of Merle Norman Cosmetics for many many years and I will never buy any products from any of the stores these owners own.
