Pharmacy is very rude. Store manager has an awful attitude. Customer service is horrible.

I found myself without packing my medications. They worked with my doctor in Louisiana for the prescription refills. They sent me an email indicating my scripts were ready for pickup. Walgreens is customer friendly by far. Highly satisfied!! I recommend using their services. read more

Everything seemed to be out of stock. One cashier was extremely rude. There was one line for two cashiers. One gentleman went to the right lane. The gentleman in front of me put his things on the register to the left, so I went to the right side. I was yelled at by the cashier to the left to stay in line. Nothing was said to either gentleman who did the same thing in front of me. If my husband did not have a medical emergency on Christmas day, I would have left my things and went somewhere else. read more

Wait times are extremely too long. Today their phone system has been down for over 4 hours. Prescriptions called in by doctors cannot be retrieved and the employees had no one there working on it. I was told to have my doctor call it in elsewhere when I asked when they expected them to be working. read more

Pharmacy wait times are unacceptable for both in person and over the phone. Each time I've called no matter the time of day I've waited over 35 minutes on hold only to have the issue still unresolved The wait times in person are too long as well. The staff seems to lack training as several of them have been unable to answer basic questions and unwilling to ask a supervisor. They've told me several times on different occasions that they are busy. Sounds like understaffing may be an issue as well, or could be unproductivity. Management is responsible for proper training and adequate customer service. Please investigate. This has been my experience. I started using Walgreens pharmacy this year and can say they won't be my first choice next time. read more

My name is Jason Amos and I live within walking distance to the Wal-greens on the corner of Keyser avenue in Natchitoches, Louisiana. I have patronized this store nearly EVERYDAY for close on 5 years and have always had a pleasant experience. The staff is always amazing and a pleasure to deal with. On this particular night, May 30 2016, I went in to purchase a pack of cigarettes, only to realize I had brought the wrong debit card, which contained only $3.00, which left me a dollar or 2 short. Rather than walk back home to get the good card,(it was around 11 p.m.), I approached the manager on duty and asked if he could help me out with a few dollars. He did not even hesitate! I'm embarrassed to say I have never got to know his name, but he is a tall, heavier set African-American. Of course he knew me from my repeated business and had no problem helping me out. It only took $1.50 out of his pocket, but the very act of doing so was something that really made a difference in my night! Thank you Wal-Greens for hiring such people as this man. read more
