Less than 30 seconds later, the story suddenly changed: "We don't have it because we sent it to CVS." That's flat-out false. Their excuse was either a blatant lie or a complete lack of knowledge about the medications they're supposed to be dispensing--both of which are unacceptable in a pharmacy setting. This isn't just poor service; it's dangerous. Patients who rely on medication for daily functioning shouldn't have to deal with misinformation, delays, and careless handling of prescriptions.
