I waited almost two hours. Got this screenshot before they hung up on me.

My friend got her wisdom teeth removed and they sent her prescriptions to this pharmacy. I waited in a long line before finally making it to the counter. They were clearly understaffed but I was promised it would be about a half hour. It took them THREE HOURS instead of the promised 30 minutes. Once they had all of the medications ready, they refused to let me purchase one because the insurance wouldn't go through. I offered to pay the full price and they still wouldn't sell it to me. Hello, the friend here. As my friend was waiting in line for me, I decided to call. The wait time was TWO HOURS and when the phone stopped playing waiting music and started ringing-- they immediately hung up. I was so baffled I could hardly be mad. The sheer incompetence, the lack of care, the audacity to operate like this prevented me from becoming upset. I could only laugh. This is the most garbage Walgreens in town. Don't try your luck here. NOT worth it. WALGREENS. HIRE MORE PEOPLE FOR THIS LOCATION. YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE VERY CLEARLY OVERWORKED. THERE WERE AT LEAST 30 PEOPLE WAITING, IT'S NOT FAIR TO THE CUSTOMERS THAT KEEP YOUR BUSINESS AFLOAT AND IT'S NOT FAIR TO YOUR EMPLOYEES THAT WORK TIRELESSLY TO LINE YOUR POCKETS.

I can never get enough of Walgreens, ( I shop at Walgreens very often back home) just like a Starbucks at every corner, I noticed Walgreens are at every corner here in Vegas too, luckily we happen to pass this Walgreens at the stoplight on Christmas Day & they also close early at 6pm. We had about 15 minutes to shop before closing time. Reason for this visit, we needed to get water for the hotel & I ended up browsing a bit to see what items to grab that Hawaii's Walgreens does not carry. I noticed this store is a bit messy, it's bigger store and merchandise are not fully stocked. Some items has no prices & I had to check them at the register. There's a section of Hawaii snacks, juice, & goodies but prices are on the high side. If I lived here, I would definitely get them no matter how much the cost. There's a nice selection of Las Vegas souvenirs. I got my water and ended up with a few other stuff. The lines were long, short staffed not sure due to the Holidays , only one cashier & store supervisor at the door to let customer out since they were about to close. Note., store is a little sketchy with few homeless hanging & sleeping outside, messy with thrash entrance of store. Upon entering I had to rush in the store real quick, I overheard the cashier mention that someone was sleeping at pharmacy and the security had to go wake that person up. I got a 24 pack of water for only $2.99, main thing I got what I needed including some snacks & last minute Xmas gifts, accumulated points and out of there quick, convenient!

Nice coupon placement! 3/4/14

Went here on 3/4/14 specifically because: 1. I felt like my kidneys were going to shoot out of my back. 2. This location is open 24 hours. 3. Located off of the Strip. I came here looking for a hot water bottle with attachments to help out with the pain radiating out of my lower back. Hot water bottle as in medical supply, not something you drink out of. Unfortunately, this place didn't have what I needed, only one sans attachments for $15.99. I guess Walgreen's price gouges both on and off the Strip. I passed on that purchase. I have a pretty strong pain tolerance, so I wouldn't have even been here if my pain level wasn't at least a 7-8/10. Super disappointed. To try to ease the pain, I bought 4 lbs of Epsom salt for $6.99 which I feel is a bit steep. I walked around looking for bentonite clay, which they didn't have, except in the form of premixed face mask. I got it for $4.99. I think the cashier asked if I needed help finding anything 4+ times. I wonder if he thought I was stealing or something, which I found weird. The only good deal was some pads from U by Kotex (the Lisa Frank of period supplies) for $3.50 on clearance - which is about 1/2 the cost they are at Target. I didn't need them but it was such a good deal that I grabbed two boxes in case of emergencies or guests. There was not a single thing in their clearance section, except for the aforementioned, that was a good value. $17 for a bottle of shampoo on clearance... Laughable. Anyway, this place doesn't have the best selection, and is super overpriced so I say...Pass!

These brands include Beauty of Joseon, Mixsoon, Round Lab, Medicube, Some By Mi, Skin1004 just to name a few. My focus during my visit was skincare, but there is a section for make-up as well! I was searching for a sunscreen that is not only inoffensive to my sensitive skin, but is also calming and more affordable. Thankfully, the wonderful employee (to be honest, I am not sure if she is the owner actually) patiently listened to my concerns, then showed me her recommendations! In the process, she evaluated my skin, provided her expertise on the products, and allowed me to sample a few of the sunscreens. I didn't get her name unfortunately, but she is friendly, well-informed, and guiding. In fact, after purchasing the sun cream and lip tint, she offered free samples (i.e. face mask, CC cream, and snail ampoule) to my sister and I. The prices of the products are cheaper compared to other Vegas K-Beauty stores I have visited, which are a bit pricier. For anyone seeking K-Beauty, I recommend this store. I will be coming back for sure!

FORGET about going to Sephora and the big box skincare stores, Gi has everything you need here!…read more She has a very large variety of skin care products, ranging from cleansers, toners, moisturizers, serums, to masks and other essentials. Gi was very knowledgeable with the skincare products and will curate her recommendations based on what you're looking for and your skin type. She is not pushy and very transparent about pricing. I've been using a combination of professional lines and Korean skin care products for a while and am always looking for ways to grow my regimen, so coming in was very valuable. There is also a boutique with chic clothing, purses, accessories etc I don't know how I've missed this store on my side of town. Such a hidden gem!

Both are usually VERY expensive retail. Options are limited though - they don't carry every color, fragrance, etc. A lot of times it's discontinued product or products/gift sets from last season.
