I asked where the solid block brush cleaner was and she pointed me to it and there, right next to it was the product I'd asked for (the color changer for your eyeshadow brushes). Upon checkout I wasn't asked if I was using my Ulta card or my phone number I had to give it to her. Not normally my experience with Ulta.
