Absolutely worthless. Three times I've sent things to print and three times I've been disappointed. One time, I got a message that my pictures were ready and when I got there, no one could find the pictures. The guy said that maybe someone threw them out and I had to wait for them to be reprinted. Another time, I had sent 2 simple documents to print and I received a message hours later that the job was delayed. When I called the next day, the lady informed me that the machine had a paper on it and that meant that the machine was broken. Simple items like detergent are locked up and the people at the front always have an attitude. This place is just terrible. Go to another Walgreens. read more

Terrible experience. Waited for someone to ACKNOWLEDGE my photo pickup for 15 minute after pressing the assist button.

I've just called this place they literally the pharmacy technician hung up on me in my face and I sat on the phone for 30 minutes and I am a person of disability. I've been coming to this place for years and this the treatment I get every time I wouldn't be coming back if I had a choice but I don't this is very unprofessional I will be contacting corporate about this constant treatment I receive in which I do not deserve especially when being an retired veteran read more

Horrible horrible horrible horrible service. The pharmacy does not take care of the drive-through on a timely manner. Obviously, they think we have all night to be sitting here like clowns, waiting for them to take care of the patient. I have been sitting outside for over an hour and nobody comes to the window. I am going to contact corporate and report these people because if they're understaffed, then Corporate needs to know about it. And in my opinion, I believe they're taking care of everybody inside the store first and not taking care of us. If we could go in, we would, obviously there's a reason for a drive-through. I think the store needs to change management. It all starts with management horrible service to say the least!!! if I could give the store a minus triple zero I would.!!! read more

Lines can get very long, shelves are normally always empty, especially the spicy chips. read more

Walgreens - Outside - Cosmetics & Beauty Supply Near Me - Homestead, Florida

If you need medications, this is the spot! I was recently a CVS customer for many years and don't get me wrong most locations are o.k. but the CVS in this neighborhood is HORRIBLE!!!!!! Back to the topic at hand this particular Walgreens Staff, hands down has nothing less than great customer service and communication. The pharmacy staff is knowledgeable, friendly and honest. If they do not have your medication they will let you know when they could have it or where you could go get it. Try that at CVS down the street........Good Luck! read more

Lines are too long. Pharmacy wait time can get up to 30mins to an Hour.. absolutely horrible.

Lousy customer service "pharmacy". The staff needs to learn how to treat a customer.

The pharmacy staff at this pharmacy is amazingly patient and polite! Had to go in to fill a script after my partner's surgery. The staff was consistently kind and considerate to me despite me being stressed out, exhausted, and dare I say a bit sharp. read more

If I could give 0 star that would be my rating, This is the Worst pharmacy ever, if you need a medication from a prescription you will have to wait minimum 7 days to get it, even dough it is antibiotic, when you go the lines are horrible there is no enough staff there! This is not an experience of one time this is always for the last 2 years! Don't waste your time! read more

Worst customer service, first you go in and there are 5 people behind the counter and only 1 working to clear the 10 people in line. Then Instead of letting someone know they are out of your meds they tell u it will be ready in 2 days and wait till u come in 2 days later to tell u they don't know when it will be ready. Then the little guy behind they counter has a smart mouth. This is typical customer service for this place. I went to a different Walgreens and I have to say night and day difference not only were they extremely nice but very quick, the girl told me they didn't have my meds I stock but could order it then went a step further and said she would find a store that had it for me so I wouldn't have to wait. In about 5 mins of being there I had the address to a Walgreens that had what I needed. read more

Horrible!!! They leave you waiting no acknowledgment that you are there. Nasty attitude and never had proscription ready.

Theyre super short staffed. Yesterday i was in the drive thru and waited for an hour.. i decided to leave because there was still 4 cars ahead of me. They had one person working the inside window and the drive thru. Ridiculous. read more

I got to the drive-thru 5 minutes before closing time and got turned away because they were backed up. I was extremely short of breath and all I needed was to pick up a Nebulizer. They will not be getting any of my business again. read more

This is the worst pharmacy in Miami, I hate to go there... Customer Service is terrible, the line for the drive throw is always packet over @0 minutes on sair, if you call the pharmacy they put you on bold for 40 minutes and then hang up on you, the website in always off line. The only person who knows how to do things there is Jose ( poor thing) the manager should look at all the complaints and put more people to work. read more

There is never a lot of people in here which I guess is a good thing. The store is big and organized with a pharmacy that is helpful so that good. read more

This walgreens is a new store. It had been open for less than 2 years. Once you walk in you can tell that the spacing of the store is slightly bigger than other walgreens in the area. Very clean and organized read more

This is the Walgreens closest to my house, yet I avoid going there unless I have to. The photo department is the worst! I ordered some prints, when I arrived to pick them up (after I received an email stating it was ready for pick up), they weren't printed. I had to wait until they printed them. Not to mention it took a few minutes before anyone came to the photo counter. Another customer asked the person at the front if anyone was around to help at the photo center and no one knew who was working the photo department. I usually use Shutterfly but I needed these prints today! Never again read more

today I walked in to Walgreens coming from a doctor office to drop off my prescriptions, a very nice young lady Stephanie Mendoza , she took my prescription and told me that would be ready by 6:30pm today, I also asked her where was located the ZINC I mentioned her that I was not feeling well so she turned around and asked Asst Manager Damaris Orta. Damaris look at Stephanie with this mean face and ignored her completely, Stephanie kept acting like nothing happen and told me that she thought that was on aisle 8, I went to aisle 8 and did not found it, meantime another young lady was passing by and I asked for the Zinc she walked to the pharmacy department and Damaris was walking out of the pharmacy I asked her why she could not answer the question from her employee she went completely off to point of screaming at me like she was working on the streets ( really Ghetto ) ! she reply at back that she did not know what I was talking about, I reply back to her that I did not think that the way that she was treeth me was nice, she look at me and reply that Yes is not right so what! and reply back to me to do whatever I wanted ...at this point I was in shock another customer was there a old lady and she told WOW don't know if she was having a bad day, but I think that acting like that infront of customers and employees was not the best to do, she was very disrespectful and unprofessional she then walked away and left me standing by my self, thats when Mrs Trudy came out and help me to find out where the Zinc was, after all I did not see Damaris any more I asked her employees fro her name and all the young employees look very scared to give me her information, I really feel sad for the employees that are dealing with her daily, you guys can review video and see how she treat me. Very disrespectful it was the worst feeling ever and really think that if she was having a bad day she should stay at home and take it with her employees. I think that someone should take really serious this complain to avoid future problems with other customers. Bad Customer Service by Asst Manager Damaris Orta...really poor customer service!!! no manners at all :-( read more
