They located my receipt from my CC details I provided. Emailed, and then called me back that day. The district manager contacted the store with the info she found and smoothed the way for replacements. I don't blame the store personnel, since I didn't have the receipt (but I didn't expect the shoes to fall apart so fast). But they have a long time customer from here on out. I suffer from Plantar Fasciitis and supportive padded shoes and slides to avoid walking barefoot are critical. I find their Sketchers and firm foam slides just the ticket. THANKS AGAIN.

I have traveled to a lot of places in the world and this lady took the cake! Hands down worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. Walked into the store because I am a huge beef jerky fan and one of our friends said they had awesome jerky (found out they don't even make it , they buy from a mass producer) asked if I could sample just the original style before purchasing an entire bag as most jerky stores have little samples. This lady blew up and has the audacity to tell me that jerky is to expensive of a product to be giving out samples of rather than just saying no we unfortunately don't do samples. When I asked her, her name this is when things imploded. She started screaming and yelling and threatened to call the cops on me for pointing out her awful customer service and told me that I just wanted "steal" free samples Told me that I was just in there to steal samples and that I had no intention of buying anything. Oh but what was even more awesome was that she offered samples of her assortment of nuts that were under a heat lamp (I did not eat them so her previous statement I was just in there to "steal" samples made absolutely no sense and shows how incompetent she was). My husband and I were infuriated as we had our daughter with us when this happened. Not only was it embarrassing to be treated like this it made me very upset that it was the store owner who did this. I am going to post everywhere I can of my experience as a warning to others before entering this awful store. We came for a weekend getaway and where we are staying is 10 miles from here. The checkout lady greeted us with a pleasant smile and told us to let her know if there were any questions. She was also very friendly and helpful during checkout advising us of their hours should we need anything else. She even chatted a bit with my son while ringing us up. The store itself was laid out in an easy to understand format, and the prices were actually surprisingly comparable to what I would expect in a supermarket. I guess I had incorrectly assumed that they would price gauge being that they were the only store within Lord knows how far so that was another great find. Overall we came out pretty good, we spent just under 40 dollars for what we would have likely spent 50 plus at Walmart and saved time and gas. Today was a good day.
