I called into the pharmacy to speak to someone regarding a prescription, and was placed on hold. I was on hold for over an hour. While on hold, I went to the post office, the bank, took care of a couple other errands, and was still on hold. I got so frustrated that I eventually hung up the phone. I'm not sure what's going on at that location. Are they understaffed, if so, then hire more people. Are the staff incompetent, if so, then train them. I would love to turn the table and treat everyone in the pharmacy, when they go to the mechanic for auto service or to a medical office to see their physician, the same way they treat customers. Let them sit there and wait for an hour or two before being seen. SHAME ON YOU CVS!!!!!!!! You're better than that!

This company is wonderfully ran family owned company and up until a year ago it was run by the founder and any problems you had you could go directly to him and he would make sure all was fixed because his motto has always been th customers always right. He was about serving people and caring for their patients and you could see it trickle down to th employees. This company has been around and been a pillar in the industry for years because they are a honest hard working family ran company. It's hard to find customer service like you get from Mast Drug with th industry turning to mega corporations and it doesn't make sense because they are cheaper. You just sacrifice service when you go to the big guys and gain nothing.

An elderly relative for whom I'm…read moreresponsible was receiving care in a medical facility for which Mast Drug was at the time the provider. The facility has since replaced Mast with another provider; they had no choice. Mast repeatedly made billing errors, and though in our case they never messed up the drugs themselves, their repeated errors made their "services" expensive in terms of time and stress. To make matters worse, although the billing for my relative's drugs had long been set up and no payment had ever been late, a female representative of Mast called my home and abused me verbally in a loud and angry voice, claiming that I had not paid recent bills for my relative, when in fact each bill had been paid in full, on time, and in the usual manner (as was later proven, inevitably). The error was entirely the rep's and thus entirely Mast's, and yet *she* accused us (Mast's customers) of being in the wrong. The rep was abusive and disrespectful. Someone in the facility later told me that Mast is headed by a pharmacist whose younger relatives really run the show. I'm not sure what kind of credence to place in that idea, but given the way we were treated by the Mast representative, I wouldn't put anything past them. Very relieved not to be dealing with this company anymore. Bad behavior doesn't pay!

Hey there, man, don't get an attitude with me. I don't care if you can't take it back, just refund my co-pay. Anyhow, they wouldn't so they lost our business (Between insurance and co-pays) to the tune of $12,500 per year. So, that $40 you refused to refund me hast cost you about $3,000 per year in profit. The owner needs to reconsider who he has running the register up front.

I asked a team member to help me find the sudafed after trying to locate it myself for 10 minutes. I thought maybe I couldn't find it because I was feeling like crap but it just seems they didn't have it. After a nice chat with the Pharmacist he confirmed the right meds for my needs and after the system came back up, I was able to check out. Not from the area maybe I'll make it my usual stop when I travel.
