She is warm and patient. Today, I went to Ulta expecting to see Robin and I was very disappointed to see that she wasn't there. I was so disappointed in the customer service at Ulta that I went to Sephora. Turns out Robin is at Sephora!! She's the manager and she trains all of her employees to give great customer service as well. I will continue to buy my staples from Ulta online (that Robin helped me with when she worked there), but today was my last day shopping in-store.

I am relieved that I can easily make a return if it doesn't work. I got tired of the product quality at Target and the grocery store. So I paid more at Sephora and have the confidence to try new brands!

We've been a long time customer here and rely on our FoCo whole foods as our main grocer. Thank you for the great work team! The only thing I wish they offered was a warm organic rotisserie chicken for delivery in grocery orders over the cold ones. I understand it's more difficult to deliver that though. But that would make it a high 5/5. Otherwise, great options at acceptable prices and ingredients.

And as I walked into the ladies room an older gentleman was standing watching the bathrooms and he stated that they were closing in five minutes. You could hear him in the men's bathroom angrily cleaning the bathroom. I was in using the facilities and when it hit the five minute mark. He knocked loudly on the women's bathroom and entered the doorways yelling that they were closed and I needed to leave. I finished and walked out and the older staff member sarcastically said thank you. I bought something from the cashier. The younger cashier was very nice. He was very apologetic. Stated the older gentleman is always like that. He kept apologizing and sharing his frustration. I was out of the store with 3 minutes left before the closing time stated.

The second employee was a new guy and he was putting corn nuts on the rack. I told him hey, we need you up front not stocking right now. He ignored me twice. Then I asked Binaya to get him up front, and the new guy ignored him twice. I understand that stocking is important but it wasn't food to go up front it was a bag of nuts. How do employ people that don't understand priorities. When there's a line get yourself up front, then stock later. Several p[eople were grumbling the same thing. I like Dollar general for being convenient and fairly cheap and all, but this location has the best vibe and customer service that I've ever seen at a store. I have witnessed everything from the cashier's carrying out bags for customers if needed but also the actual customers assisting other customers with the same thing. I've had the cashiers spot me what I was short on transactions on the honor system alone. I have never seen anyone working here without a smile. I have never even seen any customer being rude or impatient after waiting in line which I'm guessing is due to the exceptional friendliness of the staff on a consistent basis. If the store had a produce section I probably wouldn't even shop anywhere else unless I absolutely had to. Great job everyone!
