Went in to do a Wayfair drop off return salesperson was very rude and disrespectful. Was telling me that the item was too large. I advised her that I confirmed it was under the weight limit. After 10 minutes of hearing her complain, which I think she was hoping I would leave. She confirmed I could leave it there. I will never use the Ramsey Street store for anything else. read more

Every time I try to get my prescription from the doctor they never have it when I was trying to get this cream to get this rash I have they said they might have it in Friday and they might have it in Monday I'll tell her I've been dealing with this problem for 2 years and then I try to get when I picked up my prescription today for my back pain you got to add to it when I handed her money when it was a little bit crinkled she said if if it wasn't crinkled you wouldn't have to deal with this I didn't ask for her lips her lips I did that for a customer service no wonder Walgreens is going bankrupt and and about to go out of business their customer service stinks if you live on Randy Street off of tokay do not go to this one cuz they're rude A- zero Stars read more

Those women in the pharmacy area are rude very rude and unprofessional, the one with the big eyes and dreads. Would not put my GoodRx through at the drive though. When I called and the Hispanic sounding lady wouldn't do my goodrx over the phone and said to do it at pick up. Well i went to the drive though told the one with the huge eyes and mask that I had good Rx yet she wanted me to come inside, while I was in lots of pain due to infection. If I felt well enough to come in I would've did that to begin with instead I waited on that long line to get to the window and end up paying full price due to the rude and foolish employees. Maybe the Hispanic lady could've just put it through on over the phone? I waited my turn in line so the next person would have to do the same until my order is complete, right? No sense of customer service or professionalism at all!!!! read more

I walk into the store and stand in line at the pharmacy. One person was in front of me, no biggie. After the person left with his prescription, I walk to the counter. The pharmacist, super rude, looks at me and says "hold on" and walks over to the drive thru window and starts helping another customer. Umm what? So I give my prescription to the lady and she says she can't fill it because it's out of state. Umm you filled my script 30 days ago but all of a sudden, you can't fill it because you have to call my doctor? Unbelievable. Don't go here unless you want terrible service read more

Not my first time getting poor service from the pharmacy. Nothing is ever ready on time, even when I get a text saying it's ready. I'll show up and it's "we don't have anything" The attitude constantly being received from the workers of this pharmacy is ridiculous. I get it. People have bad days, the public sucks, but no one is forcing you to show up to a job you obviously hate. Leave, because I am just as tired of dealing with you as you are of dealing with me. I could deal with everything always being slow if you'd maybe not be rude about me even being there. Like it's ME bothering you. read more

The only reason I go to this Walgreens is because there are no other locations nearby unless you drive downtown or towards the mall area. I mostly go in to browse the drugstore makeup and look for particular products I've seen online, but 9 times out of 10 they don't have it and have never heard of it. I also don't like being followed around and accused of opening products when I don't do that sort of thing. No one else in the store seems to harass people, just in the beauty section. Maybe they get a lot of merchandise stolen by teenagers, but it stops me from shopping there as often. Bad vibes. read more

Went to Wal Greens to pick up photos from the photo center & although they were ready it took an hour to check me out because their computers were down . I'm a patient person , so I stood their and chatted with the cashier to pass time . Kuddos to her for actually engaging in conversation instead of leaving me to stand their & realize how long I was waiting read more

All staff in the store tonight were courteous, friendly, and helpful! 2 cashiers moved customers through the line quickly.

Went to ask a question at the pharmacy about my Rx that is coming up and I was treated rudely and like a second class citizen and they had the nerve to tell me that my physician bid something illegal. I am from Florida and my Walgreens called this pharmacy to make sure they could accommodate my Rx and the hey said give them 3 days to confirm my dr really wrote th Rx. My granddaughter was with me and she asked me why di that girl treat me so bad I replied that is an authority attitude. We looked happy and she wanted to try to bring us down a notch.. I will never set foot in there again read more
