We're new to the island and have been going through some hard lessons across the board. One of them happens to be medication and this specific Walgreens their pharmacist and employees have been extremely helpful to use and our other friend that moved here. I've been the other pharmacies where they look at you and they judge you. This pharmacy keeps it professional, and if they are thinking a negative opinion, they're definitely not showing or expressing it, and I appreciate that. I was there recently when they had a power glitch and caused everything to shut down and go off-line. You could tell that the staff looked defeated because it didn't look like the first time that day. They were extremely apologetic and trying to do everything they could to help the customers that had to wait long while everything rebooted again. I used to work in retail and knowing how long things can take to restart and warm up, I get it. They made a bad situation better seeing the staff showing compassionate and empathy to the customers. I recommend this place 100%. read more

The Customer service here is GARBAGE. My wife asked a girl with frizzy blonde hair that worked there a question, not only did she NOT acknowledge her, her tone was as if she was being bothered. You don't like your job that's not our fault. Do better. read more

We visited Walgreens while on vacation in Dorado, PR. The location itself is convenient and has plenty of parking out front. Great news for the weary sunburnt and bug-bitten traveler, it is open 24 hours a day. We stopped in to get some aloe vera and anti itch cream. They have a nice selection and plenty of cashiers who keep the line moving. Essentially, they carry the same merchandise and services as other Walgreens locations back on the US mainland. I probably will be back since it was so close to our hotel and I plan to book it again. read more

El servicio al cliente es pésimo. Si intentas llamar puedes esperar más de media hora para que te atiendan y cuidado si pides hablar con el gerente, entonces la espera será de más de una hora. El gerente, Iván Collazo, se ha inventado una política de que no se pueden aceptar cheques de empresas al menos que tenga el nombre del individuo impreso, aún cuando traes documentos del gobierno y del banco confirmando que eres oficial autorizado del negocio. Incluso, me dijo que no era "legal" aceptar este cheque, esto siendo una acusación mayor, como si yo fuera una estafadora. También dijo que era un cheque de tercero, cuando era un cheque original para ser llenado al nombre de la empresa. Este Walgreens queda a 5 minutos de mi casa y al menos que esté señor se disculpe conmigo no vuelvo a esta tienda y cuidado si entro a ningún Walgreens de Puerto Rico. read more

The pharmacy at this Walgreens is without a doubt the most consumer unfriendly pharmacy I have ever experienced in my life. I have lived in Dorado, Puerto Rico for 8 years. Every time my doctors office calls in or hand writes a prescription, this Walgreens turns it into a total nightmare. read more

Open 24 hours, a real life-saver when you get into town late at night (well after the Grande supermarket across the street has closed) en route to a hotel with no food service. We were able to pick up all the basic breakfast staples here - cereal, milk, bottled water, yogurt, OJ, and lots of snack foods - pretty much everything except for fresh produce. We also took advantage of the $1, 1-day DVD rentals from the Red Box located just outside the store. It's pretty much just the same as the Walgreen's back in the continental US, with a drive-thru pharmacy and photo printing. Nice to have a reliable drugstore in town. read more
