BEWARE!!! The pharmacy is always closed to pharmacist not on duty and THEY WILL make you wait 30 minutes in line and take the till without informing you until you pull up to the window that they won't sell to you like they just did to me. I'm switching to a new pharmacy next time. Really living up to the Del Shitty location. read more

The GOOD is having an employee like CHARLIE go the extra mile to make sure my birthday gift of the Canvas prints actually happened! This is a 24 hr service that took place 72 hrs after the fact. They were out of a frame and she took the time to get the right size and gave them ready fur my party! She's an exception to most people these days and an amazing woman! The BAD would be the pharmacy... always closed! This review is a positive one fur restoring my faith in people in general Thank you Charlie!!! read more

I ordered two 4x6 Canvas to be printed and the kiosk said they would be ready at 1:25 pm. I left my job to pick them up arrived at 1:45 pm my prints were waiting to be printed and the person (Regina) was on break. They had to get her and she came with an attitude and is taking her time getting the canvas ready. It is now 2:21 pm and I am still awaiting my second canvas to be completed. Charlie the cashier has been very professional and apologized for the time I had to wait. read more

Is this location closing for good? Everytime just have come in, certain areas, the shells are empty. Things are not stocked. This location use to have a very large selection of items. So sad. read more

According to your online listing, this pharmacy is open until 10:00 PM. At 7:37 PM, we arrived to pick up prescriptions that had just been sent in -- prescriptions that were time-sensitive due to a patient's surgery running later than expected. We specifically chose this location based on the posted hours. To find the pharmacy closed well before the advertised time is unacceptable, especially in a medical context where patients depend on timely access to medications. I understand staffing challenges are a reality, but it is both misleading and unprofessional to advertise fixed hours and then close without notice. This is not merely an inconvenience -- it can directly impact people's health, cause unnecessary pain, and in certain cases, be the difference between life and death. As a healthcare provider, Walgreens should hold itself to the highest standard of reliability and transparency, and this situation reflects neither. read more

Walgreens - The window at 7:37 pm - Drugstores Near Me - Del City, Oklahoma

I've been trying to g to get my diabetes medicine all weekend and there's no pharmacist on duty. Doesn't Walgreens pay enough to get one to show up? Worst store ever. read more

Helpful employees. Clean shops. They help you find what you are looking for have gone to them for years because I trust them

This place is the biggest pile of garbage dump I've ever dealt with. The pharmacy techs are extremely rude and will do anything to avoid work. The place is also dirty and it smells like urine. If you're sick and in need of medication, do NOT trust this establishment with your health and well being. They are disgusting and all the employees deserve to be fired immediately for their lousy customer service. read more

The pharmacist went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The rest of the staff was incredibly kind. Thank you again!

This Walgreen's is by far the most terrible I've used. Always say they didn't get the RX in the voicemail or on the fax and then it just happens to turn up. Massive turnover and they are SSSLLLOOOOWWWW. Go to CVS. read more

pharmacy workers are a joke. 2nd time the window has been closed on me, i was in lime way before closing and since the 2 vehicles in front me took so long and it was after 6 when I got to window, manager proceeded to close shade in my face. read more

This pharmacy is the worse I ever experience. The people who runs the pharmacy needs to be fired or shut this place down. My kid is sick, he can't ever get his meds. if he does its two days late or never comes in. The line to wait for the meds takes forever, the meds are never ready when it says it is. you should close this place down, you shouldn't call yourself a pharmacy. There are people are very sick needs it to take care of there family. I pray this place gets better because this is terrible. read more

I've been coming to this Walgreens for a few years now and have always had a great experience. Great location that's conveniently located in the Midwest City/Del City/SE OKC and also within a few minutes of Tinker Air force Base. The store is very clean and organized similarly to all the other Walgreens stores that I've been to. I mostly go to this location for the pharmacy to get my yearly flu shots. I've always had a great experience and really like the pharmacist. He's very knowledgeable and great to talk to while getting a nearly painless shot. :) read more

this always horrible on service by the pharmacy never have complete tha prescription

They could absolutely care less about their customers. Refilling a prescription is an absolutely ordeal with the pharmacy tech badmouthing you when they think you are out of earshot - yeah, she was engaging with the customer behind me, about me, EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! After receiving a text message that my prescription was ready I headed to the store. After waiting in line for 45 minutes they told me no, it's not ready, we can now fill it, just pull to the back of the line. Absolutely not, so I can wait another 45 minutes. They have NO Customer Service skills. This was after I watched the person in front of me sit there going back and forth with her for 20 minutes trying different credit cards and giving her different prescriptions. Mine was supposed to be 100% ready and it was a lie. read more

The absolute worst Walgreens pharmacy location in all OKC. Rude, hateful, not helpful, always something wrong - never ready on time. Auto system never works correct. Long wait times - hateful staff. I'm moving my small scripts out of their hands. I wouldn't waste my time here - there are too many places out there that would welcome the business. At this point i wish I could only give them negative ratings. read more

This is the worst pharmacy that I have ever dealt with. Unprofessional, under staffed, the drive thru is torture, some of my meds are almost always out of stock, or delayed for some reason every month. I'm transferring to mail delivery. I wish I could give it 0 stars read more

If this is the only pharmacy near you, it would be very beneficial to spend the time/effort to fill your scipts at a different location or a different pharmacy altogether. This location has consistently had sub-par service for the last year. They've told me 3 times now in the past year that they are out of a medication due to a national shortage, but when you go on the medication's page, they explicitly tell you there is NOT a national shortage. The lines both in store and in the drive through are consistently 4+ cars, or 4+ people long. They've used generic medicine when there are clear notes on the script not to use generics. Mosty recently when I took a script in last week the employee who keyed it in didn't note that the script had re-fills so I had to spend additional time and money to get another script sent over. I tried to get this filled and they gave me a partial fill because they didn't have enough medicine. I wasn't notified of this until I asked them myself why I had only 1/8 of the medicine I was supposed to have. The employee working told me the remainder would be ready the following day. Allowing additional time, I attempted to pick up the script 2 days later and it STILL was not ready nor had anyone communicated that it was still not ready. In total, their mistake (this time around) has cost me 4 additional trips and 4 additional phone calls to figure out when this script will be available. Each employee seems to be on their own island blaming the previous employee for any mistake or issue. This location is poorly managed and continues to suffer from poor customer service. I'm currently in the process of transferring all prescriptions to a local pharmacy. read more

Most of the time the staff are very friendly... even on my last visit one of the employees asked if I needed help to find anything. Overall it was a meh experience until I got to the checkout. The checkout clerk, Deb, was very rude. When I was trying to give her my balance reward card she refused to take it immediately and very rudely said "I'll get it" while she slowly scanned the two (2!) items I was purchasing. She then proceeded to smokers cough all over her hands (hello, you work at a drug store, get that phelmy gross cough taken care of), take my card, then complete the transaction. I was thoroughly disgusted! I guess they are required to thank every customer because she ended the while experience with a sarcastic "thank you". If you go to this Walgreens and see a tweeked out obvious life long smoker at the check out, go check out at the makeup counter! read more

There. Pharmacy sucks unprofessional I have been waiting 15 min just in line. Only one person working.

I am at the point of losing my mind with this pharmacy. I have been filling the same prescription with them for a LONG time. My doc sends it once a month like clockwork. Every single time it gets delayed for insurance review. I have repeatedly told them the insurance does not cover it. I know they can't remember who I am specifically but they never follow up, they don't call me, they just let it sit until it magically disappears from their list then I have to get it sent in AGAIN. I went in recently to go pick it up because it had shown to be waiting for insurance for a week. I told them I was paying for it myself. She said it wasn't even filled and to come back in 30min. (I had been waiting in line for 30min also). I left and went home. I checked the app about an hour later and it says they are out of stock. No one called me, no one bothered to reach out. No alerts and I've been signed up for alerts for months now. So I've been out of my medication for 4 days and now I have to wait longer. It's been 24 hrs since they indicated it was out of stock. Still nothing. They seriously have got to fix their system and hire more people because if this is happening to me, who knows how many more people this is happening to. It's not like we get our prescriptions filled for no reason! read more

Horrible pharmacy!!!! Get more people you horrendous place!!!! We're here from it of town because my daughter had surgery at the university. Take in the prescription... they say 20 min. Sounds pretty awesome. We go get food for the hotel and gas... 40 min later... no meds. Told another 20 min... 40 min later... still nothing. Ask again 10 min later... they had f'in forgot!!!! By far the worst Walgreens. Always a wait. Always a line. Never enough staff. Came one time to grab my scripts and they had a make shift sign saying the pharmacy was closed due to an emergency. I have since moved all my business to another local pharmacy. read more

I am a provider and I have been on hold for over 15 minutes with this pharmacy. Unacceptable.

Meh, definitely not the pharmacy to go too. I experienced the same problem as listed where they say "we'll text you when its ready for pickup, it shouldn't be more then an hour". With other errands to run I said great and went off. I head back to my home and discover its been 2 hours since. Now, I understand places get busy and all but when five hours have passed and I call and its still not ready, I draw the line. It was simply mouthwash. I headed back up there to cancel it and as I walk into the store I get a text message telling me my prescription has been delayed. I get up to the pharmacy desk and question them and they acted like nothing was wrong and pull out my mouthwash like it had been ready for hours. She says the total is $55.03. Heeeeeeeckkkkks Noooooo. I know from taking care of my grandmother prescriptions shouldn't be that high. Then I remember its not Walgreens she went to it was Sams. I politely told them I wanted to cancel it, I canceled it. Took it straight to Sams Club and they had it done in 20 minutes and it was only $4.98! Unbelievable, this Walgreens staff is friendly and the store itself looked and seemed fine observing it, but the pharmacy is unreal. These prices and system are ridiculous compared to Sams Club ( and no the pharmacy is for everyone, you don't just have to be a member ). For someones speciality is pharmacy, this is a joke. Go to Sams Club everyone, it is SO much cheaper. read more

I waited 4 hours for my anxiety medicine because they told me they were short staff and that was how long it would take before they were able to fill my prescription. When I got there and waited in line for 30 minutes Logan told me there was no prescription there and I told him yes there was he checked again and told me there was no prescription there and I told them they transfer it from Walmart Pharmacy and he went to check in the transfer stack and then told me 2 people called in sick and they have not got to my prescription yet and I asked how long before they got to it and he said I don't know we have 12 people behind you and I asked him to ask the pharmacist and he got rude and said he won't be able to tell you either we are busy and my husband jumped in and asked him basically he is telling me I can not get my anxiety medication even tho I've wait all this time for it because 2 employees called in and there are 12 people behind me? So it won't be until tomorrow when I'll be able to get my prescription" And Logan said yes that's correct it won't be until maybe tomorrow I can come pick it up. I stopped using Walgreens for this exact reason right here! I will take my business to CVS since Walgreens can NEVER get my prescription ready! The only reason why I had to transfer from Walmart was because Walmart did not accept my insurance but Walgreens did! Looks like I will NOT be using Walgreens again! Because 2 employees called in sick I'm not able to get my anxiety medication I WAITED 4 HOURS FOR?!! WHAT A JOKE! read more
