I ordered two 4x6 Canvas to be printed and the kiosk said they would be ready at 1:25 pm. I left my job to pick them up arrived at 1:45 pm my prints were waiting to be printed and the person (Regina) was on break. They had to get her and she came with an attitude and is taking her time getting the canvas ready. It is now 2:21 pm and I am still awaiting my second canvas to be completed. My kid is sick, he can't ever get his meds. if he does its two days late or never comes in. I've been coming to this Walgreens for a few years now and have always had a great experience. Great location that's conveniently located in the Midwest City/Del City/SE OKC and also within a few minutes of Tinker Air force Base. The store is very clean and organized similarly to all the other Walgreens stores that I've been to. I mostly go to this location for the pharmacy to get my yearly flu shots. I've always had a great experience and really like the pharmacist. He's very knowledgeable and great to talk to while getting a nearly painless shot. :) read more

They could absolutely care less about their customers. Refilling a prescription is an absolutely ordeal with the pharmacy tech badmouthing you when they think you are out of earshot - yeah, she was engaging with the customer behind me, about me, EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! After receiving a text message that my prescription was ready I headed to the store. After waiting in line for 45 minutes they told me no, it's not ready, we can now fill it, just pull to the back of the line. Absolutely not, so I can wait another 45 minutes. They have NO Customer Service skills. This was after I watched the person in front of me sit there going back and forth with her for 20 minutes trying different credit cards and giving her different prescriptions. If this is the only pharmacy near you, it would be very beneficial to spend the time/effort to fill your scipts at a different location or a different pharmacy altogether. This location has consistently had sub-par service for the last year. They've told me 3 times now in the past year that they are out of a medication due to a national shortage, but when you go on the medication's page, they explicitly tell you there is NOT a national shortage. The lines both in store and in the drive through are consistently 4+ cars, or 4+ people long. They've used generic medicine when there are clear notes on the script not to use generics. Mosty recently when I took a script in last week the employee who keyed it in didn't note that the script had re-fills so I had to spend additional time and money to get another script sent over. I tried to get this filled and they gave me a partial fill because they didn't have enough medicine. I wasn't notified of this until I asked them myself why I had only 1/8 of the medicine I was supposed to have. The employee working told me the remainder would be ready the following day. Allowing additional time, I attempted to pick up the script 2 days later and it STILL was not ready nor had anyone communicated that it was still not ready. In total, their mistake (this time around) has cost me 4 additional trips and 4 additional phone calls to figure out when this script will be available. Each employee seems to be on their own island blaming the previous employee for any mistake or issue. This location is poorly managed and continues to suffer from poor customer service. I'm currently in the process of transferring all prescriptions to a local pharmacy. read more

Most of the time the staff are very friendly... even on my last visit one of the employees asked if I needed help to find anything. Overall it was a meh experience until I got to the checkout. The checkout clerk, Deb, was very rude. When I was trying to give her my balance reward card she refused to take it immediately and very rudely said "I'll get it" while she slowly scanned the two (2!) items I was purchasing. She then proceeded to smokers cough all over her hands (hello, you work at a drug store, get that phelmy gross cough taken care of), take my card, then complete the transaction. I was thoroughly disgusted! I guess they are required to thank every customer because she ended the while experience with a sarcastic "thank you". I am at the point of losing my mind with this pharmacy. I have been filling the same prescription with them for a LONG time. My doc sends it once a month like clockwork. Every single time it gets delayed for insurance review. I have repeatedly told them the insurance does not cover it. I know they can't remember who I am specifically but they never follow up, they don't call me, they just let it sit until it magically disappears from their list then I have to get it sent in AGAIN. I went in recently to go pick it up because it had shown to be waiting for insurance for a week. I told them I was paying for it myself. She said it wasn't even filled and to come back in 30min. (I had been waiting in line for 30min also). I left and went home. I checked the app about an hour later and it says they are out of stock. No one called me, no one bothered to reach out. No alerts and I've been signed up for alerts for months now. So I've been out of my medication for 4 days and now I have to wait longer. It's been 24 hrs since they indicated it was out of stock. Still nothing. They seriously have got to fix their system and hire more people because if this is happening to me, who knows how many more people this is happening to. Meh, definitely not the pharmacy to go too. I experienced the same problem as listed where they say "we'll text you when its ready for pickup, it shouldn't be more then an hour". With other errands to run I said great and went off. I head back to my home and discover its been 2 hours since. Now, I understand places get busy and all but when five hours have passed and I call and its still not ready, I draw the line. It was simply mouthwash. I headed back up there to cancel it and as I walk into the store I get a text message telling me my prescription has been delayed. I get up to the pharmacy desk and question them and they acted like nothing was wrong and pull out my mouthwash like it had been ready for hours. She says the total is $55.03. Heeeeeeeckkkkks Noooooo. I know from taking care of my grandmother prescriptions shouldn't be that high. Then I remember its not Walgreens she went to it was Sams. I politely told them I wanted to cancel it, I canceled it. Took it straight to Sams Club and they had it done in 20 minutes and it was only $4.98! Unbelievable, this Walgreens staff is friendly and the store itself looked and seemed fine observing it, but the pharmacy is unreal. These prices and system are ridiculous compared to Sams Club ( and no the pharmacy is for everyone, you don't just have to be a member ). For someones speciality is pharmacy, this is a joke. I waited 4 hours for my anxiety medicine because they told me they were short staff and that was how long it would take before they were able to fill my prescription. When I got there and waited in line for 30 minutes Logan told me there was no prescription there and I told him yes there was he checked again and told me there was no prescription there and I told them they transfer it from Walmart Pharmacy and he went to check in the transfer stack and then told me 2 people called in sick and they have not got to my prescription yet and I asked how long before they got to it and he said I don't know we have 12 people behind you and I asked him to ask the pharmacist and he got rude and said he won't be able to tell you either we are busy and my husband jumped in and asked him basically he is telling me I can not get my anxiety medication even tho I've wait all this time for it because 2 employees called in and there are 12 people behind me? So it won't be until tomorrow when I'll be able to get my prescription" And Logan said yes that's correct it won't be until maybe tomorrow I can come pick it up. I stopped using Walgreens for this exact reason right here! I will take my business to CVS since Walgreens can NEVER get my prescription ready! The only reason why I had to transfer from Walmart was because Walmart did not accept my insurance but Walgreens did! Looks like I will NOT be using Walgreens again!
