I'm not sure who exactly is on shift for Monday mornings, but there are two women that certainly aren't willing to do their jobs and maintain any modicum of decency or decorum with the people they interact with. Hopefully this will get sorted out. But until then, I would not recommend this place of practice.

They did ugling procedures on me on June 2023 . They hoax me I needed deep gum cleaning, they took of a film threats knotted under the 4 eye teeth area that they also placed in 2018 . Both procedures I didn't autherize and didn't want . This altered my teeth outward bucktoothed . Prior to the procedures I had a perfect beautiful full smile.TMJ procedures aren't necessary they only make the teeth crooked and ugly.i had enough space in the back from my wisdom teeth out yrs prior.They did the basic teeth cleaning last coating a k paste to hide the gums out and the gap filed in front. The state someone ordered the procedures by kickbacks for payment marketing .They did xrays and full scans then hygentist did gum pulling under teeth outward top 6 teeth and bottom 6 teeth.This exstended my face outward horribly ugly. My teeth hurt ,bleeding gums , Exstended over a centimeter top and half bottom .this also caused my nose to be pulled outward out of normal alinement. My husband and I feel this is hate violence Act to a woman.A dentist is surpose to ask how you like your smile prior, they didn't. Hubby sente their for a cleaning and whiting to help me feel good about myself.Due to prior record mix up wrong care. Now I'm hurt so badly can't smile no need to whitening. I feel this is abuse to persons with lower insurance. We ran into another lady who,s front teeth fell out from the same procedure.

I moved to the area and had friends recommend Ghareeb Dental Group to me so I called to make an…read moreappointment for a cleaning. I was told they would do a "free" consultation at my visit which *surprise* was not in fact free and did not include a cleaning. The consult is free until they do X-rays and the dentist sees you after which they bill it outside the realm of preventative measures. On questioning they told me they do the exam for all new patients so essentially they force new patients to fork out a $50 "co-pay" (which I'll get into later) and then depending on insurance coverage, an additional % of whatever the cost for the exam, plus X-rays, plus a cleaning on top of that. My visit took 2.5 hours so don't plan on coming unless you have a completely free day. I called my insurance immediately after leaving because the charges didn't sit right with me and they told me that everything that was done SHOULD have been done preventatively and therefore with my coverage I should have been charged 10% (approx $42 instead of the $126 I was charged) and that the $50 deductible they charged me should not have applied because that should be only for fillings, root canals, etc. I called to speak with the office manager who was extremely rude and told me that I was wrong but that if my insurance changed them less than the estimate than I would get a refund. On top of all that, when I asked about getting X-rays sent to a different dentist because I wanted to find someone who would 100% accept my insurance, they told me that the only people who would take it would be a CAMC dentist and otherwise I'd be paying the same at any other dental office which I again verified with my insurance as not true. I will not be returning to the office and will not be recommending Ghareeb to any friends or coworkers. The only plus I have to say about my entire experience is the hygienist and dentist I saw were both friendly and personable.
