This is the one closest to home, and the pharmacy is always the best. Of course it's also my source for razors and hair products, and the staff is always conscientious and considerate. I notice through the reviews that the writers are more often in a hurry, and rather pathetic and demanding little children crying for sugar. Life isn't a hurry. read more

Do not go to this pharmacy!!! They never have your prescriptions, including life saving ones. I am filing a complaint with DORA as I have done everything I was supposed to before filing a complaint with their regulatory agency, DORA. I have recorded messages and videotapes of them telling me that they don't legally have to provide me my medications and blame their software for not ordering. They said they don't have to legally do anything but the best they can do in giving people their meds. I have enough evidence built and filing a complaint is now warranted. Unfortunately most people don't know that they can file complaints with the regulatory agency, so spreading that information that there are under laws that require them to legally perform responsibly to the public. The pharmacy managers are very rude and not helpful. Stay away, go somewhere else if you need meds. read more

Great Walgreens that always leaves me satisfied. I've popped in here before for random things...water filter, notebook, cards, and I've never left disappointed. Today was no different. I came in for a notebook and new pens, as I have a course this weekend and wanted to feel prepared. I perused the office isle, eyeing the various writing instruments, notebooks, journals, planners, etc. I felt that the selection was broad, but not overstimulating which made it easier to decide which supplies were right for me. After that win, I went to check out the toothpaste and boom-found exactly what I needed. There was a line at the checkout, but it was moving along quickly and the impressive chapstick assortment helped ease the wait. I got sucked into buying a tantalizing little fruit pink chapstick that makes me feel like a new woman. My cashier was quite friendly and enjoyable to chat with! It's always a 5 star experience at Walgreens. Can't wait to see where my next shopping trip takes me. read more

I had an injury with significant pain, and the doctor sent my prescriptions here. After 3 delays totaling over 24 hours, I called to inquire about the hold-up. I have been on hold now for 75 minutes to find out why I have had 25 extra hours of excruciating pain because they can't seem to fill a very common and simple prescription. This experience is consistent with other same day urgent but new prescriptions. The app tells me it will be ready at a certain time and then keeps delaying. If I show up in person, I get told it will take hours for them to count/weigh pills into a bottle and that I must come back later. Not sure who offers better service in the region, but I suggest trying literally anywhere else. After writing all of that, I am still on hold, now up to 89 minutes. Supposedly, there has been nobody else in front of me in the hold queue for the past 20 minutes, and 40 minutes ago, there were only 2 people in front of me. For the second day in a row, the app again says my prescription is delayed until 1:30, which happens to be when they close the pharmacy for lunch. I suppose that's one way to dodge pain-fueled wrath from customers. read more

Walgreens is easy for online ordering and always has orders ready fast, definitely recommend

Tried using their pharmacy - they managed to screw up automatic refills so badly I was forced to find another pharmacy. Complaints were ignored. Got over-charged by $20 for a blood pressure meter when we had to get one in an emergency - we'll be going in today to talk to the manager and get our money back. Far too many problems over and over and they really think that they are the most trusted pharmacy? Customer service is a joke - people don't like working there and it shows. Avoid this this place at all costs! read more

Disappointing customer service. Requested assistance to purchase locked items and after several calls, the lady finally showed up and ignored me completely. When the front clerk pointed out to her I was the one who requested assistance, her reply was "oh I saw her but I didn't know" while she continued ignoring me and helping another customer who had just walked up. Guess I'll spend my money elsewhere as clearly I am not important enough to be noticed or helped here... read more

Absolute worst Walgreens on the face of the planet. Couldn't be more disgusted in service received at the Pharmacy. It's sad to see a pharmacist turn people away an hour before they even close. Will be leaving reviews with Walgreens customer support and local manager. read more

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. They can receive your prescription at 9 am and it still won't be ready the next day. And they don't care that you need it. read more

Switched my prescription to this pharmacy after my regular one was unexpectedly closed for the day. They tell me my prescription isn't ready and the request has been sent to my prescriber - that's fine I guess I can go one day without my medication even though I'm not supposed to. 4 days go by and I'm waiting for my prescription to be filled so I call my provider and get a message an hour later that they have filled it and sent it to Walgreens. An hour after that, my Walgreens app says that my prescription has been denied and to talk to the pharmacy about that. I go in and they confirm it's been denied by my provider and there's nothing they can do to help. So I call my provider and explain the situation. After being helped my 3 people (highly recommend UC health) my provider is spoken to by a nurse and confirms that it was filled out. So the nurse calls Walgreens to figure this out for me and tells me that my request was not denied, but Walgreens was filling it and they just told me it was denied for no reason. So annoyed and frustrated with the pharmacy here. Do not recommend. As another review said they make you jump through hoops to get your medication and I completely agree. Now I have to restart my medication cycle. read more

My mother was released from the hospital today after surgery and needs some critical meds. I am currently in line at the pharmacy and I am so frustrated. I tried calling to let them know that I was on my way and ask if they could fill it urgently. After spending 1 hour and 23 mins on hold it was finally my turn to chat with them. They hung up on me. And when I called back I was at the end of the line again. So here I am: 2.5 hours later. Sitting in line. On my second phone call. This place is a nightmare. read more

Drive up prescription pickup is a disaster! Count on a 20+ minute wait most of the time. They need more help and they need to reopen the 2nd lane. Just saw two cars drive off out of impatience and now it's my turn.!!! read more

Pharmacy absolutely blows. Pharmacist and their techs are awful. You have to ride them to get them to fill ur Rx's and wait and wait and wait. This is a reoccurring problem that's lasted years. Corporate should 100% shut this pharmacy down. Good riddance read more

Slowest pharmacy in the city!!! It's the closest to me and I'm only here every once in a while so I deal but damn every time it takes my lifetime!!! Also had several occasions in which they got my proscription wrong! Only redeeming quality is Lori! I love her wish she could pick the staff because I know they would be running a well oiled machine then! read more

Horrible customer service. Disrespectful staff. I didn't even buy what I needed I was so disgusted with how they treated me. Will not return, ever. read more

I've used this Walgreens location as my primary prescription location for years. It's convenient and the staff are friendly. Recently, I've been very impressed with the pharmacy staff, both pharmacists and techs. After an insurance change, my prescription prices seemed to go through the roof!!!! The pharmacist and tech I spoke to a few times were both so helpful trying to get prices reduced by either using a discount prescription program or going through my insurance or just paying retail. They crunched numbers without making it seem like a hassle. They were very patient, even though there were people waiting in line behind me. I really felt like my concerns were the most important thing they were dealing with at that time. As a customer service employee myself, I'm always very happy when I'm on the receiving end of outstanding customer service. Overall, I love Walgreens as a chain, but this location has always impressed me and even more so now. read more

This pharmacy took 1 hour to get through the drive thru lane. When trying to use the Good RX app to save money, the pharmacy tech processed my FULL payment without the coupon and tried to force me to leave without my medication or refund. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS PHARMACY. Terrible service. I feel bad for sending my patients here after dealing with that. read more

I biked to this location. The bike rack is the type where it cradles the rear wheel and will only work with a cable lock. My bike is $4000 so I brought a U-lock which won't work with this style of rack. So I brought my bike inside. An employee informed me that I had to lock my bike outside. I tried to explain the situation to him but he wouldn't listen. He was rude and unprofessional. I asked to speak to a manager who was nice and explained the situation. All I wanted was to understand why I couldn't bring my bike inside. The manager was courteous and explained it but the cashier turned me off of returning to this location. I've never had a problem with this store before. And like I said, the manager was professional and nice. But if one of my employees treated a customer like the cashier treated me that employee would be out of a job fairly quickly. read more

If I need a drug prescription, or to get film developed (who am i?!?), I go out of my way to not go here. It's hard to get out of the parkinglot if you're going anywhere but east. The RedBox also seems vunreble. I guee if you're at the pornshops on either side it's super conveinent. Plus, even though I've been first in line, it's been one of the longest waits at the pharmacy. read more

I like this store well enough and it is certainly handy. It does seem that I always have to wait a little bit to submit a Rx or pick up my medicine, but this probably keeps the prices low and I've never had to wait too long. The drive in used to have two lanes, but they eliminated the one that had to be serviced by pneumatic tube, but I kind of hated that one anyway because you couldn't see the pharmacist well. I am concerned that the speaker at the remaining lane is failing, has a lot of hiss and crackle that it did not used to have. They seem to fill the prescriptions accurately, unlike King Soopers that seems to get my mother-in-law unit's wrong almost always. On my last visit, I had a prescription from an urgent care sent to Walgreen's. Before leaving the urgent care, they caught that they had made a prescribing error. They said they would rectify it. Well they didn't get the correction called in. I spoke with the pharmacist and he called and got it all straightened out in less time than I thought possible. I also love that Walgreen's has Express Pay. They have my charge card on file and I just tell them to put it on Express Pay and I don't have to fish my card out of my wallet and send it through the drawer at the drive through. I took one star away because the asphalt in the parking lot really needs to be replaced, the patches are not working and the automated refill system does not work well if they have to contact the doctor for authorization. Problem is that you cannot check on readiness of prescription because it now has a new number attached to it. read more

Visiting from Los Angeles, needed a prescription transferred which is kind of a pain for pharmacies to deal with, but they did it and the same day which was great because it was an antibiotics I needed to start taking as soon as possible. I love this store. The people are always helpful, fun and even I might say, endearing. Why can't I enjoy going to a drug store as I might an evening with friends? Jennifer in the pharmacy is a great person who is very competent at her jobs and at times she is a lot of fun to listen to. I picked up some meds. for a relative and had a bit of a concern but Jennifer was so helpful and reassuring and she was correct about all she told me. Thanks to all the team. read more

I am so disappointed in this pharmacy! First we waited two hours for them to fill my mothers (who had just had eye surgery and was needing the meds asap) prescription and when we got them they had failed to fill the second one. They were rude and accommodating and we had to wait again. I will never use this pharmacy again! We could have driven to our home town and gotten the meds faster and it's 200 miles away! read more
