Blissoma makes one of the most incredible skincare lines I've ever had the pleasure of using. I'm a lifelong cover-upper that is finally enjoying the confidence that my skin is beautiful on it's own because I know I'm feeding it the absolute best! My 30 year old (/young) sensitive, historically blackheady skin has taken to every single product in their line. I bought almost the whole collection during their sale so I could play with their different cleansers, toners, serums, moisturizers, masks & my skin is brighter, cleaner & way less prone to breakouts! Their bar cleansers & gel cleansers are amazing at lifting off makeup and feeding moisture back into the skin, rather than stripping the skin and upsetting the pH like other cleansers do. Then their toner + cotton balls further remove any residual sunscreen/makeup as well as all the extra sebum my skin is constantly creating. Then I rotate the Correcting Serum & the Phyto Brightening Serum, both are lightweight, nutrient dense and smell & feel totally luxurious! Then I rotate the moisturizers, all of which I love! The Evening Elixir is lavender-y and for sure ranks as one of my favorite fragrances (all plant hydrosol & essential oil based - no parfums or synthetics!). The Lift moisturizer is really great & plumps the skin so it's more supple looking. Love that it's gentle enough to use around the eyes, giving them some lift & life as well. I rotate the Lift moisturizer & the Eye Serum for the delicate skin around my eyes, using my ring finger(s) to lightly pat in, since these are our weakest and thus our most gentle fingers. My grandpa is not a big skincare person himself and is struggling with his mature, sun damaged, dry and inflamed skin. He's used basic Dove soap to cleanse and Cetaphil lotions, which are not adding nutrients to the skin - they're stripping his sweet skin of them all. He's a bit of a stubborn man and is tempted to think that expensive skincare is a scam, but my excitement and insistence got him using the Beta Glucan mask as a nightly moisturizer and he noticed pretty much immediate reduction in redness, inflammation and his skin was way more moisturized. I am a huge fan of the idea of building up our skin so it's stronger & able to metabolize the sun and weather better, rather than constantly slathering on sunscreen. In addition to all of the miracle benefits these products offer, I feel them working on subtle levels strengthening the skin so it's just ready for life! This said, I do LOVE their Photonic Light Shifting SPF Solution. Doesn't clog pores, light and beautiful to apply. Great under makeup and smells great, as is the case with all of their products! Huuuuge huge huge fan of this company & cannot say enough good things! They even included hand written thank you notes on both of my orders & have been really responsive & helpful with any questions I had prior to placing. I've been so beside myself impressed with all of the conditioners, natural makeups and other natural beauty products like nail polish & remover that they offer. Their curation is out of this world, and by that I mean its a collection that very much honors this world, extracting the absolute best it has to offer in the most respectful, responsible ways that support continued life and health of these delicate ecosystems boasting an array of incredible healing powers.
