During a shift change the medication could not be found. We left without the medication, and our child remained in pain. The next morning, Mack told me insurance information was "never provided," despite it being given the night before. When we attempted to clarify, he abruptly ended the call. Medication handling and communication matter -- especially when children are involved we're not met with minimal standard protocols. Very concerned, as far as Mack's lack of professional behavior, that only added to the problem.
