This Walgreens was so busy and there was no one helping check people out or helping at photos. Eric was the only worker on the floor and went above and beyond helping me at photos along with all the other customers in the store. I am literally sitting in my car in the pharmacy drive through as I write this. It's been 25 min and a single car has moved. I've tried going inside before but there is also always a very slow moving line and I cannot stand for that long in one spot. I don't know what scheduling they implement in the pharmacy but they need to adjust it. Picking up a single RX should not take 40 minutes in line. Some of the pharmacy staff are kind and courteous but had one lady tell me if I didn't like the wait that I should just come in. Well... tried that too. No better. Going to have to see if my insurance covers CVS or any other pharmacy in the area. Oof. Still waiting in the same spot in the pharmacy line BTW. 4 cars in front of me and 3 behind me and still just that single car made it through the line. Aren't they closing locations due to lack of customers? Maybe it's the poor service that is chasing customers away. read more

The pharmacy is Terrible. Always out of meds and never get them ready in time. I'm on heart meds and they were delayed for a week. They were able to "find" 5 days worth and said they would have the rest before it runs out. I'm out tomorrow and it still says it won't be ready for another 5 days read more

they take a ridiculous amount of time to fill prescriptions. They don't realize that some people can't just go home and come back and pick up their prescriptions later. So I sat in the parking lot for an hour and waited and then went to the window, and when I told him it already been two hours they wanted to get an attitude and say well it's still gonna be another 30 minutes at least. everyone that works in the pharmacy gets an attitude not just the person I dealt with today. using a different pharmacy from now on. I've given them plenty of chances. read more

I have tried to use their pharmacy multiple times and they just don't know what they are doing. I checked with my insurance (bcbs) to make sure Walgreens took my insurance before going to their pharmacy. The technicians could not figure out how to process my insurance and I ended up cancelling my prescription with them and having my doctor send it somewhere else. Another time they scheduled me for a vaccine only to tell me they had ran out when I arrived for my appointment. Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. read more

I was told by employee, Charles, that I could not drop off my Tylenol three prescription because I did not have my ID with me, but I had just gotten out of the hospital! I was not thrilled by this and went to another Walgreens and they said this is an absolute lie! So Child is a liar, and I have proof! Every time I've been in Walgreens (which isn't that often usually but more often for some reason this week) everyone has been very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. When I needed passport photos, I wasn't sure if they would actually be staffed to handle that since it's COVID-times but they were and I got them without any problems. read more

This used to be a pretty decent pharmacy. Now I'm lucky if there's a pharmacist there for me to pick up my medication, and twice today I have waited in line through the drive through (so I don't have to bring my 4 month old in) and it took so long to process just the one car in front of me that I had to leave so I wasn't late to a doctors appointment. I come back and the line is 6 cars deep. I've been waiting in this line for nearly an hour, completely blocked in by cars with a wailing infant in the back seat for a prescription that was ready hours ago. I tried to make an appointment today here for my mom and I for Covid booster and the guy in the pharmacy with a beard was unhelpful and rude, I gave him all the information he asked for and he seemed to feel he could tell me after I spoke to the cdc that his information was current and I didn't need the booster and they will update it later to tell us when to get them (it's supposed to be every 6 months according to the cdc) I asked him about my Mom and he said she could but since there was a problem with her insurance the last time blah blah blah, Walgreens simply wanted to run a different insurance even though I gave them the primary insurance. Walgreens made the problem. These people aren't there to help customers. The guy was saying how his computer was taking forever and getting frustrated. He wanted me to go online and make an appointment, the woman I spoke on the phone to at this Walgreens told me to come in and they would schedule the appointments, I left with nothing getting done. I went home and went online with Walmart and made appointments for both my mom and I and went in and got our Covid boosters. I'm not coming back after repeated lame excuses by incompetent staff. The pharmacy area in this Walgreens is dirty and the register area is a mess, I told the employee with a beard the container holding lip balm had an open container of lip balm in it and he took it and put it out of his site however left it in site of customers. read more

Date: 10/29/18 Time: 10:30 AM Here for: Pharmacy After going to 5 other Walgreens and calling several others for a specific script I needed, I was beyond frustrated because all locations were out. At a last attempt, I called this location and spoke with the MOST friendly lady assuring me they had it! When I arrived, the most pleasant voice came over the drive thru intercom. Kendra took care of all my needs with efficiency and amazing customer service! I really appreciated her bright cheery attitude after the frustration I had faced earlier in my adventure. High five Walgreens for hiring this wonderful woman! She definitely gets a 5 out of 5 from me! read more

Just went in to grad some things. Was helped (not) by Casio or something like that. I needed to look at the back of a SD card. They are locked up. I looked for some one. Saw her. Said "excuse me mamm". Then I noticed she was with a customer. Kept looking. When she wasn't checking anyone out I said again. "Excuse me mamm". She said "you can press the customer service button". I said "what" because I didn't hear her. She said again "you can press the customer service button". I was like wow. OK. So she unlocked the thing so I can check out the back of the package to make sure I was getting the right one. At check out it rang up at regular price. It was on sale. Before I could say anything, very quickly she said " enter your customer reward number". I didn't understand what she said or meant so I proceeded to say that I thought this item was on sale. She said "yes enter your customer reward number" in a very snarky way. At this point I just chuckled and said something like "aren't you a bundle of joy" I am sorry but what a rude rude rude employee. I understand everyone has a bad day but to treat customers the way she did is just wrong. How the hell am I suppose to know that there is a customer service button. And instead of responding by saying "you can press the customer service button" and nothing else. How about something like "yes, how can I help you. Also if ever you need help while in Walgreens we have these buttons around the store you can push and someone will be right over". It's sad that the importance of customer service is lost. Back story: I was in dire need of cold medication I had gone across the street to the "other store" and did not find what I was looking for. The associate was not friendly at all. That's how I landed at Walgreens. The cashier was super attentive and friendly. Huge difference compared to the other place. I can truly say I'm a Walgreens customer. read more

This Walgreens is absolutely trash!!! Got called to come get my sons medicine since it was ready. Went to do so and they ended up being closed which made no sense to me. Tried calling and got hung up on multiple times as always finally talked to whoever and she said the pharmacist wasn't feeling well so they closed. Pretty frustrating. I get people get sick and maybe y'all should have a back up plan if something like that happens for those who depends on that medicine for certain reasons. Pharmacy- I have been coming to this location for 5 of the 20 years that I have used Walgreens. In the past year, the service has tanked. You pull up to the drive through and they will leave you sit there for 5-10 minutes without acknowledgement, even tho they are standing at the window and can see you. Don't bother trying to call. You get put on hold, which is understandable within reason. but when the phone rings because it's your turn finally, they put you back on hold again, without any acknowledgement. It's ringing and then hold music and then it's ringing and then it's hold music. It's quite ridiculous and offensive. I have personally had enough and will be taking my business elsewhere. Later Walgreens. You don't make thousands off me a year like you do some people but when my time comes, some other pharmacy will get that dough. read more

This location of Walgreens has exceptional customer service. They are very friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond. I usually can get everything I need from this store quickly and with great prices. Often times the cashiers find coupons for my purchases, and I love the "Rewards" system. read more
