I used Walgreens for about a year. Consistently slow. Prone to mistakes.Phone hold times usually run 5-10 minutes on good days. The last time I went (and by last I mean the most recent and the final) they messaged me to come get my prescription because it was ready and then when I got there they had no clue what I was talking about. The PA from Urgent Care said she would change the prescription if our insurance did not cover the $300 cost. The girl behind the counter would not call her back... she said it was up to me to figure it out. Not helpful at all. Worst Walgreen experience we have had. Long lines at the Pharmacy counter, the Pharmacy staff works with more than one person at a time leading to confusion. Of the 4 members of my family, 2 of us have had to deal with major issues and mistakes. I will work with this Walgreen Pharmacy staff for a bit longer, but if things don't change in 60-90 days we are out! read more

Terrible pharmacy!!! Took me almost an hour to get my prescriptions even though I got a text saying they are ready to go.

Out of town and got pictures developed and need to call in a medicine great fast service.

We have been living in a fifth wheel for two years, traveling the USA and using Walgreens for my wife's four prescriptions (which she has had for years and years, all generic drugs). This is the worst Walgreens we've ever encountered. It took us an hour to pick up her four drugs, thanks to a long line, insufficient staff and more than a little confusion as to why two of the four were not ready (despite an email notification that they were). My recommendation is to go to nearby CVS. read more

I became concerned about the pharmacy almost immediately when I experienced inconvenient wait times to pick up a prepared prescription. It also seemed that the pharmacy staff were burdened by having to answer phones, handle drive-through customers, and deal with store customers. While the phone prescription renewal system worked, it proved very difficult to impossible to reach someone in the pharmacy to ask a question (One day I called 4 times. Each time I was put on hold, and then held so long that the phone line eventually "automatically" disconnected.) Finally, I had a prescription that couldn't be immediately filled--it ended up taking 6 days. During that time I was told variously that the prescription was "unobtainable," "out of stock," "on order," and "unusual." This inconsistency led me to change pharmacies. read more
