Their sales are extraordinarily complex, with discounts almost impossible to confirm within the cash register jargon. Double check the price of sale items in particular, if you can find an employee to ask. As far as ambience, there is none. At this point, I only purchase their digital items sale offerings and double and triple check the price I was charged vs. the correct sales price. Some employees are downright surly!

I was surprised by this store. Store was well stocked and mostly clean. The best thing though…read morewas the staff. One was kind and served the people in front of us, who were a hot mess. Forgot wallet. Forgot item in an aisle. Needs to use two cards. Then a second order and kind of the same things. But the cashier was kind and gracious and didn't rush them or make a fuss. It was so nice to see. Another person came up and helped us. We needed balloons. Usually stores are super rude and hate doing this. They were super nice. Just kept plugging along and kindly placed items on the counter rather than throwing them back at us as the wrong the items through. Overall a great experience. A couple of irritating things thus not 5 stars but why waste space with negatives-the ladies who worked in the store were nice so I will be too.

I'm a firm believer in giving credit where it's due and I was very impressed how clean and well stocked this place was the entire time I came in. The staff was so friendly and professional and the didn't even give me the awkward look about wearing my P100 respirator in the store seeing as this far up north not many people are wearing masks. I was comped a shower and all my drinks throughout my visits, which was very thoughtful of Irving's. Also the shower room was impeccably clean seemingly to a very high standard. This is a very well run facility and I thought someone should know. I just want to say thank you to the friendly and courteous staff there for their professionalism and efforts as essential workers during this crisis. I enjoyed my visits thoroughly and will be making this one of my regular stops in the future whenever here in the area. Thank you Kindest regards, AJ
