We had the pleasure of visiting this hotel for a friend's wedding. The staff was very nice and…read moreprovided us with accommodations that exceeded our expectations. The hotel is composed of 2 building, with a maze like elevator system (it's not a fun hunt). The rooms were comfortable in general, however the bathroom can use some improvement (i.e. softer toilet paper, modern room design, etc.) There is a beautiful panoramic pool on the 8th floor, overlooking the entire city. They also have a sauna and a steam room available near the pool area. The hotel is located very centrally and all stores and restaurants can be reached in a few minutes by walking.

I found the hotel staff "not so charming" during breakfast and our event - just litte minor things right and left - nothing that one can't fix - but necessary to achieve a five star rating (at least in my rating scheme).
