The shower had a hand soap dispenser like the public bathrooms, but they didn't give a bar of soap or any shampoo. On the upside, they had free apples at reception and it was clean. They advertise a spa and fitness center, but don't have one, the elevators sound like they're going to come crashing down any second, they have probably the worst lock system I've ever seen on their hotel room doors, the majority of the staff is very rude, the breakfast isn't very good, and the WiFi is awful. The only plus is the bar next door, Peppers, is decent and offers good service and decent food if you want bar food. I likely will not stay here again when I'm in town on business.
