I think it might have been the store manager who served me, he was the rudest of them all. Would be giving 0 stars if possible. I asked for some ketchup after he just basically threw me my food on my tray and left. Had to wait for him to come back and ask again only for him to tell me that's not included with the meal. I said, fine how much is it for the ketchup. He just threw it in my direction and mumbled "whatever" ...
