My first issue is that you never get a human being on the phone and making appointments was impossible. Nobody answers the phones or gets back to you. When you try to make another appointment and you're there at 7 AM, nobody is available to make a follow up for you. Second issue: If you have a copay, hold onto every sing receipt you get for at least a year or longer. Why? Because they will try to bill you over and over again for copays you paid for months later. If you paid cash and didn't hold onto your receipt for months, they will continue to bill you. I had a clinician that retired and when when left, I wasn't informed and I tried to get an appointment with another person in the practice they said they can't take me because I'm a new patient even though I have been with the practice for years. I can't get help with my scripts and nobody will answer phones or help you and guide you to get the care you need. If yo are about yourself, don't go here. They were also under investigation for some sort of fraud. Do your research. They suck.

The supervisor decided to make an acception and keep her on our case just to say a week later that we were going to have to go with a new clinician so we could get the most attention possible. I have been through many therapists for my child, the one we were assigned had already made a difference and instead of prioritizing the needs of the clients... they prioritize who's case will make the most money. This establishment proves to me that the mental health system is extremely broken. Your mental health is but a means to a paycheck to this company and it is clear. There's plenty of crappy Mental health clinics in Worcester- this one certainly makes the cut.

I went at the advice of another Dr. For work related stress and this Dr. Seemed more interested in the insurance and copay's than anything else , He seemed confused at times and on the last visit actually nodded off . He's old but still somewhat sharp , he sees there's still a buck to be made out of pretending to listen . For work related stress exercise is far cheaper and more beneficial than this guy ! .
