I only had a few meals there over Easter - and thank you for staying open when so many places closed - but they were excellent. Never going to win a Michelin hat but the staff know their job and are full of smiles. Some craft goods and things to round out the food and drink. This is one of those places where, if you are new in town and everywhere is a gamble, you can follow the locals here for good solid tasty tucker. Local Pork mince used to create a succulent burger with all the flavours one could asked for, topped by a perfectly brewed cup of coffee with just the right balance of flavours all at country cafe prices. The mains are nice (the chicken and mushroom crepe is a great filler), but try to save room for dessert (or come back the next day) - there are great crepes and pancakes to choose from! Prices are nice, considering the portion sizes and quality. Lunchtimes get crowded, but for an afternoon snack (or pre-dinner dessert!) it's a very good choice. If eating alone, you can also pick up one of the newspapers to keep you company! The walls are adorned with various artworks which you can also purchase should one especially tickles your fancy.
