I asked them to send me the deal I writing like they did the first time, and then I would come down and do the deal for boat and trailer. The sheet came through but there was no trailer shown. I called them and said, hey you made a mistake and you don't have the trailer on the sheet. He said oh, I made a mistake and will resend. The next day I get an e mail that, they made a mistake and their pricing now did NOT include a trailer. I would find a more reputable Dealer to deal with.

My boat had some steering problems. I took it into them. What a mistake that was. They kept it 2 weeks longer than promised and when I finally got it back, the power steering leaked badly. Took it back, the said they forgot to tighten a hose. When it got it back, the power steering reservoir was empty. Took it back a third time plus complained to the owner. They "fixed" it again. It has worked the rest of the summer but, now I always have to check the fluid level because I never know if they really fixed it. I will never go back. They lost a long time repeat customer because their mechanic apparently has no idea how to check his work.

He recently spent considerable time on the phone helping us through an electrical issue we were having with our pontoon. He ultimately came out to our lake on short notice and quickly diagnosed/fixed the problem.
