I had an opportunity to work Mr Amberly, he represented me in few matters. He is very detailed…read moreoriented and know exactly what a good strategy is for work. In law, it is not usually about your legal opinion, it is more if you know if the law is applicable or not. It is sometimes tough to make an effective legal argument with all the details to bring a lawsuit or defend a lawsuit. I found Mr Amberly very detailed oriented an committed to his clients. He has the time to listen to you, and navigate through complicated realm or law. He has extensive experience and knowledge in trademark, business contracts, and Franchising law. Time and resources spent with Mr Amberly is very valuable, it is just easy to navigate the legal system with him.

The Virginia Board's findings of ethical violations under the Virginia Rules of Professional Conduct conclusively established Amberly's violations of Rules 3.3(a)(1), 4.1(a), 8.1(a), and 8.4(c) of the Delaware Lawyers' Rules of Professional Conduct." Enough said about this attorney. Avoid him at all costs; he is pure trouble.
