He spent at the most 30 minutes on my case and charged me $2k nonrefundable retainer. The worst part is he didn't do what I paid him to do. Not only did this cost me a family member but now i am very emotional each day since the event. I would never recommend Alex to anyone. She became my fourth attorney in a very difficult divorce that lasted more than three years, after my prior attorney told me I needed a larger firm due to the complexity of my case. During my initial consultation with Ella, I knew immediately she was the right person to take it on -- her confidence, intelligence, and legal expertise were unmistakable. From the moment I hired her, she set every important deadline, hearing, and filing as calendar events, which kept me organized and eliminated the overwhelm. Ella was consistently responsive, smart, and genuinely easy to work with. Her courtroom strategy was sharp and deeply skilled -- including the pointed, precise questions she asked my spouse during the divorce, which demonstrated her command of the facts and her ability to advocate strategically. She worked seamlessly with my forensic accountant, strengthening my case and keeping everything moving smoothly. Thanks to her dedication and expertise, I received more from my divorce than I ever expected, and I truly do not believe I would have achieved this outcome without her. Her billing was transparent, fair, and she never raised her fees, even as the case grew more complex. I highly recommend Ella Russell to anyone who wants a strategic, compassionate, highly skilled, and incredibly organized advocate. She is truly outstanding.

I ended up wasting six months and about $4K, paid in fees, with no outcome with Geller Law. I was first requested to have a mandatory paid initial consultation session to go over my legal help needed. I was introduced to Julie S. during this session. After describing my specific case & needs, she informed me that Geller Law can handle my case. What followed was months of emotional stress & redundant conversations with the staff of this firm that yielded no results. It became clear to me that they didn't know how to legally handle my case. Some staff members were argumentative & appeared trying to take advantage of this emotional situation for me. There were redundant conversations that I was later billed for. I concluded that this firm is not the choice that can handle my case professionally. I terminated my work with them. The new law firm I selected to handle my case turned out to be more knowledgeable for my case. And, more compassionate with me. The process was handled smoothly & professionally to completion.
