Lady on the phone is a total bitch and even after being a customer a few times still won't answer a basic question. If they have received a shipment or not I live far away from town and since the women on the phone won't give an answer I wasted 2 times going up their just to be served by somebody else and wasting my time not having the product I came their for. read more

So usually I'm not one to complain but these past few times haven't been great. I bought some $35 a g diamond wax and I feel like it was .07. Their tree is pretty good but over priced a bit. I like a couple of the bud tenders they are really nice and usually hook it up since I come once or twice a week. But the bud tender with the glasses don't know his name can't count money or add up numbers at all. Me and my boyfriend usually have to do the math for him and he gets confused about the points. He is always messing up something every time we go to him. And also another thing they claim they close at 11 PM but the past few times I go there around 10:30 or a little bit before then and they are closed! RUDE ASS EMPLOYEE WORKING RN. Employee got super mad cause I tried to hold the door open for the guy in front of me in line. I misheard the employee and did not realize he was just saying to wait but got treated like shit for trying to be a nice person. The employee had no reason to be as rude as he was.
