The food here can only be described as awful. A friend and I ordered samosas (good), poulet yassa,…read morebanane plaintains, and thiep with fish. We took two bites of our main dishes, sent them straight back to the kitchen, paid the bill, and went nearby to les Marmites du Monde (St Boniface) for dinner (the food there is good, by the way). At Cap Africa, the fish was not fresh, the plaintains had obviously been cooked hours, if not the day before, the rice was tough, and the eggplant was bitter. I could go on about what was wrong, but suffice it to say, there are much better African restaurants in Brussels including l'Horloge du Sud. Do not waste your money or time here.
